Spacious 4-bed, 2.5-bath home sleeps 11 guests comfortably. Includes beautiful fully stocked kitchen, 2-car garage, TVs, Movie Theatre, games, fenced backyard, and patio for your enjoyment! Stroll on the Monon Trail. Enjoy family-friendly parks. So many restaurants to choose from, too! Your seamless stay awaits! You won't be disappointed!
To help keep our guests and property safe, we have three outdoor cameras:
• Ring doorbell by the front entry
• One above the driveway
• One on the back patio

They’re all outdoors only, with no cameras inside the home. Cameras are motion-activated and used solely for security when the property is unoccupied.

We had a wonderful stay! Our group was in town for a work conference and stayed for two nights, and this property was perfect for what we needed. Everything was clean, well organized, and thoughtfully set up. We felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay, and the space was incredibly accommodating for our group. It made coming back after long conference days easy and relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had a family wedding weekend in Noblesville which led us to this home. It was perfect with 4 bedrooms and all of the other things a family would need to navigate the rehearsal and wedding and coming and going of our family. This home was so comfortable and homey. It was so well equipped - might be best equipped VRBO throughout our years. The area is excellent for restaurants, shopping, quick errands, etc. Thank you Kim for making the wedding weekend with a new baby go very smoothly!!!

It really is a gem! The house was great and so was the location. We were there for a graduation that was quite far away and it was totally worth the drive coming back each night. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and really felt like a home. Not to mention the amenities, a masterclass in hosting. Great communication as well. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommended it to all.
