Spacious 4-bed, 2.5-bath home sleeps 11 guests comfortably. Includes beautiful fully stocked kitchen, 2-car garage, TVs, Movie Theatre, games, fenced backyard, and patio for your enjoyment! Stroll on the Monon Trail. Enjoy family-friendly parks. So many restaurants to choose from, too! Your seamless stay awaits! You won't be disappointed!
To help keep our guests and property safe, we have three outdoor cameras:
• Ring doorbell by the front entry
• One above the driveway
• One on the back patio

They’re all outdoors only, with no cameras inside the home. Cameras are motion-activated and used solely for security when the property is unoccupied.

It really is a gem! The house was great and so was the location. We were there for a graduation that was quite far away and it was totally worth the drive coming back each night. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and really felt like a home. Not to mention the amenities, a masterclass in hosting. Great communication as well. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommended it to all.

Our group of 9 had a wonderful & relaxing stay in Kim's property. Kim was great with communication and the instructions left at the property were helpful and easy to understand. The area is quiet & beautiful. There were lots of great amenities like access to walking trails and the neighborhood pool. We had fun using karaoke & enjoying coffee in the morning on the back patio. The property had enough off-street parking for 4 cars. We felt safe and like every need was anticipated. If the need ever arises, we wouldn't hesitate to book with Kim again!

The house was great as far as amenities and being kid-friendly. The neighborhood has 2 playgrounds nearby, which we visited. I would recommend this to anyone traveling no matter your age as it is in a nice location for shopping and restaurants.

It's a great place to stay!

Our family loved this house! It is well appointed (as you can see in the pics), The bedrooms are comfortable and good sized, and there is a theater in the basement. The location is also in a great area - it was all a win for us!

Our Annual girls trip.

The accommodations were great, easy check in and out, nice area. Comfortable beds and very clean. The only thing I would suggest, more comfortable chairs in the living room area.
