Spacious 4-bed, 2.5-bath home sleeps 11 guests comfortably. Includes beautiful fully stocked kitchen, 2-car garage, TVs, Movie Theatre, games, fenced backyard, and patio for your enjoyment! Stroll on the Monon Trail. Enjoy family-friendly parks. So many restaurants to choose from, too! Your seamless stay awaits! You won't be disappointed!
To help keep our guests and property safe, we have three outdoor cameras:

The house was great as far as amenities and being kid-friendly. The neighborhood has 2 playgrounds nearby, which we visited. I would recommend this to anyone traveling no matter your age as it is in a nice location for shopping and restaurants.

This is a wonderful, clean home for a large family! Plenty of toys and activities for small kids, and a large, nice back yard for our dog. Responsive host as well...will stay here again!

I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO’s but I found this host to be the most amazing, professional, attentive, and incredible. The house is great, plenty of room
but they have thought of EVERYTHING you might ever need to stay here. Pizza cutter, vegetable peeler, blender, oversized washer/dryer
.it was the little things that set this place apart. (Things like the dog paw wash towel
.we didn’t bring our dog but if we had, they had everything :)

Our Annual girls trip.

The accommodations were great, easy check in and out, nice area. Comfortable beds and very clean. The only thing I would suggest, more comfortable chairs in the living room area.

It's a great place to stay!

Our family loved this house! It is well appointed (as you can see in the pics), The bedrooms are comfortable and good sized, and there is a theater in the basement. The location is also in a great area - it was all a win for us!

Baseball Trip

We had 3 families stay here as we were in town for a baseball tournament. This property is INCREDIBLY close to Grand Park and so convenient.The house was very clean, exactly as described in the listing and well appointed with everything you’d need for your stay. The check in process was very easy and communication was top notch.Would definitely stay here again!

Everything as advertised - great stay

The location is extremely convenient with lots of restaurants and local entertainment. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. The host communicated very well and made sure that everything was to expectation. We will definitely stay here again on a future visit.
