Newly renovated home that sits waterfront on over an acer of land and has 150 feet of lake shore with a spectacular view of Big Cormorant. When walking into the house and upstairs, you'll be blowen away with the gorgeous panoramic views of the lake. Walk out on the beautiful new deck and and enjoy the nice breeze off the lake. Back inside, the large open concept is great for entertaining. You'll find the kitchen is large enough for everyone to help out during dinner time. It's well stocked with everything you'll need and has new appliances as well as cold drinking water via water dispenser. The open dining/living room area offers to be a great place for friends and family to gather to play games. Living room has full size pull out sofa bed tucked away in corner and looks out onto this breath-taking lake. Off the main dining area is the sunken family room. This room features a new electric fireplace for your enjoyment and a new 50" smart tv a great space for everyone to enjoy. At the other end of the house, you have 2 bedrooms. The bedroom that faces the lake has a king bed with a 32" Smart TV, charging station with both C & A ports and black out curtains. The second bedroom across the way has 1 full size bed and 2 twin size beds. This room also includes a 32" Smart TV, 2 charging stations with USB C & A ports and black out curtains. In the closet, you'll find a pack-n-play. The newly renovated bathroom features tub/shower combo and 2 new vanities. This bathroom includes hooks and cubbies for everyone’s belongings and is stocked with fresh towels. Head downstairs and you'll find 2 more bedrooms, second bathroom, laundry room and open concept living room area and second a kitchen. A door separates these spaces, use it to give you the feeling of 2 private units. On this walkout level, you'll love the easy access outside and amazing views of the lake. To the right coming downstairs you'll find laundry room. Off of that is the the second bathroom with standing shower, new vanity stocked with plenty of towels. Down the hall are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have queen beds, 32" smart TV's and charging stations with USB C & USB A ports and black out curtains. This walkout basement living room not only has amazing views of the lake, it's also a great place to hang out. The living room features a arcade game with over 3,000 games on it. It also has a foosball table, new 52" smart TV with DVD player and also a full size pull out sofa bed. The fun and unique blue kitchen has all new appliances. Very convenient when grilling on the covered patio just outside, through the 3 season room located off of the kitchen. The 3 season room has a relaxing seating area and stores all the yard games, water toys and Lily Pad. Walk down the gently sloped yard to your own private dock with ladder to swim from or park your boat, sandy at the end of dock with a depth of about 5'. Interested in renting a boat? there a couple different options in the area. Large backyard with multiple trees including apple trees, which local deer can be spotted enjoying. At night, gather around, start a fire in the firepit while enjoying the sound of crackling wood and gazing up at the twinkling stars above. This property is in the heart of the lakes area and is very popular with the locals. You are a 5-minute drive to Cormorant Village. This town has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the lakes area. In Cormorant Village you'll find a well-stocked convenient store for groceries, quick snack, bait and much more! There is also a liquor store and some local shops nearby. The town also host a 3-day community festival celebration on the 3rd weekend in August full of activities for everyone to enjoy. We are a 3-minute drive to the popular hangout, The Roadhouse that has live music on weekends, great bar food with homemade pizzas. You can also grab a latte at Ella Marie's Cafe in the morning, which is only a 3-minute drive. She has a small lunch and breakfast menu, but you won't be disappointed as their caramel and cinnamon rolls are a hit! The Boat House is a newly renovated restaurant/bar that features an outside bar in the shape of a boat. The parking lot has a veggie stand with fresh local tomatoes, cucumbers, corn, and cantaloupes. Don’t forget to stop by the outdoor flea market at Shady Hallow. The market is only a 22-minute drive and hosts multiple vendors selling new, old, and everything in between. They also have food trucks, entertainment, and beer. The popular country music festival WE Fest is only a short 22 minute drive or take the convenient shuttle located at the Road House bar only 3 minutes away.

The location is fantastic. There is just the right amount of really nice and fun establishments to eat and hang out at during the stay. We loved the house and the anonymities. Plenty of room for yard games and relaxing in the lake. The host responded in a timely manner and is super accommodating. We had 12 women stay there with no complaints.

My wife, twin12-yr olds, my brother and my dad made the trip from L.A. out to MN to visit with family. The house was perfect size and layout for the 6 of us. With the large yard and multiple places to gather we were able to have a nice dinner one night with our aunt and cousins and other family who are local to Lake Park/DL. Overall the house had everything we needed, check-in was a breeze and the hosts were very responsive when we had questions. 5/5 stars :)

We were fortunate to purchase this home from my grandparents. They built the home themselves from the ground up. We wanted to keep some of the original features but also put our special touch on it. My grandparents loved hosting family and friends at their lake home, so many great memories. We are excited to share this amazing property with our guests to enjoy and make memories of their own. We have grown up in the lakes area and can't imagine living anywhere else. We enjoy all the activities the lakes area offers including ice fishing, boating, jet skiing and best of all relaxing!
