Adequate, clean, secure space, in a good location downtown. That said, I would have appreciated knowing that the kitchen had coffee, filters, and creamer. Additionally, 10:00 a.m. check-out is on the early side. My request to extend it was denied, after asking twice. It was fine for a night and the view is pretty.

Tallest Spot in Gadsden

We loved being centrally located & on the top floor of the tallest building in town! There was ample parking, a fully stocked kitchen, & the mattresses were super comfy - a rare find in short-term rentals! For those with sensory needs: The AC is a little loud & in the living room area only, but the fans magically pull the cool air into the bedroom.

For your own safety, DO NOT STAY HERE!The entire listing is false, the pictures are misleading, it isn't a safe place to be by any stretch of the imagination, the lock on the door wasn't even fully in tact, like someone had already busted through it at some point, the peep hole has tissue paper shoved in it, the communication from the "host" is terrible, and I'm positive every review on this listing, claiming this place is top notch, is forged or paid for. My friends and I (3 females) were there for a TOTAL of 15 minutes from the time we signed in on the sheet downstairs (for EVERYONE to see who was in what apartment AND what we drove...which is 100% SKETCHY) to the time we left and had already found somewhere else to stay. Our intuition kicked in real quick and told us to get out ASAP.On top of everything else, the host is extremely unprofessional in their communication skills. They KNOW this place is a joke and that was confirmed when I let them know we wouldn't be staying there and the only response was a question mark. Anyone who genuinely believed their place was legit would have responded with more interest in what the issue actually was and attempt to resolve it, but not this place. I have since reached out to the host again, with no response. The people where we ended up staying at explained to us that this place is not in the good part of town and it's definitely not safe to be out after dark.DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The unit is accurately represented in our listing, and we maintain the property on a regular basis to ensure it meets safety and quality standards. We have not received similar reports regarding the issues described, and no concerns were brought to our attention during your brief visit that would have allowed us the opportunity to investigate or resolve anything in real time. Your stay lasted approximately 15 minutes, which did not provide a reasonable opportunity to fully assess the property or allow our team to address any questions or concerns. When you contacted us after leaving, we requested clarification so we could understand the situation, but we did not receive actionable details that could be verified. We take guest safety seriously and do not list properties that are unsafe. Claims regarding the neighborhood and other reviews being “fake” are unfounded and not accurate. All reviews on our listing come from verified guests, and we do not manipulate or pay for feedback. We stand behind our property and our team. The apartment was very nice very clean zero complaints. I ended up having to leave earlier than my intended stay when my father suddenly passed away- the host was very understanding and told me not to worry about double checking everything. I can’t wait to book again.

Convenient and great price

Room as clean, lots of room for price. On elevator don't work should have had an out of order sign. Would have preferred lower floor. I as assigns 15th floor. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

Very nice, good value

Nicely appointed efficient type apartment. Had sufficient kitchen pots and pans and coffee maker to make simple meals, and was very comfortable. Location was convenient.

I thought this property had central AC but it does not. There’s floor unit in the living room/bedroom area, but not in the private bedroom area. Hallways do not have AC either. However, although there’s only one unit in this apt, it kept us cool as long as we left the bedroom door open. The apartment was clean and comfortable, beds were clean & comfortable as well. Check in and check process was efficient and easy.

Cozy getaway

The room was clean and cozy. The building was well kept and has projectors of an aquarium on the walls and floors that mg kids loved. The water in the shower was instantly hot, no waiting and no running out!! The kitchenette was fully stocked with cooking utensils and 4 complimentary bottles of water and coffee. Both bedrooms were comfortable! My family slept great for our time there! If we ever come back, we know where we are staying.

Cozy and convenient

This was a quick trip to a racing event in town. Located on the 15th floor in an apartment building, the apartment provided all our essential amenities for the one-night stay. I would opt to sleep on the living room bed since it was cooler in that room versus the bedroom. The A/C is older and kind of loud if that doesn't bother you. Otherwise, it was a comfy stay.

Clean and comfortable

Perfect stay. We loved how clean the place was and clearly very well taken care of. Close to Noccalula falls for Christmas lights. My son left his phone behind and the staff was quick to give us a call and waited for us outside when we had to turn around and come back. Definitely recommend!

Clean, quiet, and convenient to food and entertainment (great view too!)

This property was perfect for our (me and my wife's) three night stay to see family over the holidays. There were a few things about the building that stuck out to us as it's obviously a bit on the older side. Namely, be ready for an interesting elevator ride! Also, if you're over 6 feet tall as I am, be ready to duck in the shower and to use any of the mirrors. One bed was very hard, which my wife loved. I tend to prefer a softer bed so actually found the other one to be much more to my liking. The sunrise view over the mountains is beautiful and all of the downtown bars/restaurants are walking distance. Check in was very easy. Overall, great stay for the price once you get used to that elevator!
