Welcome to our gorgeous Loft Apartment in Central Tampa Bay! This is a completely remodeled Boho Chic-styled little getaway right in the heart of Tampa! Located just north of Kennedy, minutes from the hottest bars and restaurants on Howard Ave. Fully remodeled, with in house washer and dryer. Off street parking. Full Kitchen, large sturdy queen bed, quiet private residence. Minutes away from the Amalie arena and Convention Center downtown Tampa.

Very close to the airport, downtown, and I-275, the location could not be better. Come stay with us in this cute upper-level unit and experience all that Tampa has to offer!
This is a remodeled carriage house in the back of an old Spanish Bungalow from the early 1900s. The unit is in the back of a duplex, both the duplex units are also rented as Airbnb's. Space itself has the main living room, kitchen, separate bedroom, laundry room, a full bathroom, and a closet for all of your belongings. There is 1 queen bed, and a pull-out sofa bed (queen). Queen sofa beds are smaller than traditional bed queens. Ideally set up for 3 people but you could possibly fit 2 smaller people on a queen sofa bed. The carriage house has a unit below it, which is rented to a traditional long-term tenant. The driveway and parking spaces are shared amongst the top unit (where you will be staying) and the bottom unit resident. There are separate entrances, and no shared home spaces. You must climb the stairs to access the top unit. There is high-speed internet/wifi from FRONTIER. We do have cable TV. The cable TV through the Spectrum App which must be accessed via the Apple TV device installed there.

With your booking, you have private access to the upstairs apartment. There is private parking in front of the unit. We will be messaging you with all of the required information before your visit.

Old West Tampa is one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city. Lots of unique homes. It is a quiet family-oriented neighborhood in the heart of South Tampa. Plenty of parking in the front, side, and back of the building.

Super close to the best bars and restaurants in Tampa on Howard Ave. Very close to Downtown and all of the major highways. Great Location.
Uber, Lyft, are readily available! Public transit a few blocks away!

* When messaging us before booking, Airbnb does not allow for the transfer of information like email addresses or telephone numbers, they use a system called RegEX in which they simply delete the message going through. so please do not send me your number and ask me to call you.

*The Apple TV remote works like a mouse with your finger in the top area of the remote.

Fees for Damaged or Missing Items
* There are 4 total remotes that need to be placed back where you found them.
There will be a $70 charge for a missing remote.
1. There is an Apple TV remote
2. TV remote for turning on the TV
3. AC remote for the front living room area (Minisplit unit)
4. AC remote for the bedroom (Minisplit unit).

* Don't throw away the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and dish soap bottles or you will be charged $10 per missing item.

* Large Bath towels destroyed will cost $10. Small towels destroyed $5.

* Pets are not allowed.

* If the property is left in a "mess" beyond a reasonable living standard, trash left everywhere, the smell of smoke, disregard for the property, etc. An additional cleaning fee will be requested through Airbnb in order to cover the costs associated with bringing the property back up to rentable condition.

Trash & recycling:
Please bring the trash out to the road and put the trash in the bins. The trash in the blue bins and recycling in the green.
- Quiet Hours 10 pm-9 am
- No Smoking inside the home
- No Open Flames, candles, incense
- Illegal Activity of any kind will not be tolerated
- No Events, or parties permitted
- No unregistered guests permitted on the property
- No Loud guests or disruptive behavior
-If you do not follow check-out time there will be an additional fee: $30.
-EARLY/LATE check-out requests. While we would love to be able to accommodate all requests, we must ask that you adhere to check-in and check-out times. In most cases, we will have guests staying prior to and after your reservation and we need to give the housekeeping staff ample time to clean and turn over the home : )
