Welcome to our family's newly rebuilt fun get-away condo at the beautiful GSP Resort. All furnishings and beds new September 2022. The GSP Resort is a gated, family oriented, vacation community offering 2000 feet of private, sugar-white beach frontage on the Gulf of Mexico. Our 3rd floor condo has a beautiful direct Gulf view, 2 bedrooms ,(one king bed in master bedroom and one queen bed in guest bedroom ) and 2 full baths. RECLINER in living room. We are in the same building as the heated indoor pool, huge hot tub, fitness room, sauna, and steam room, a short walk from 2 outdoor pools and the boardwalk to the beautiful white sand BEACH!

MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTERS -25 YEARS !

Large fully equipped kitchen with microwave, ice-maker, dishwasher, 55 in flat screen TV in living area with DVD, cable , flat screen TV in Master BR with cable, flat screen TV in guest bedroom, ceiling fans in each bedroom and in main living area, Free wireless internet in condo. We have a small selection of books, videos and family board games provided for your family's enjoyment. We are situated directly across from lighted tennis and basketball courts and lighted shuffleboard and horseshoes area. There are shared credit card operated washers/dryers on the ground floor near elevator.

The renowned Kiva Dunes golf course is next door in walking distance.

The condo is located at the GSP Resort, with 24-hour
security, away from traffic and crowds, yet only 13 miles from Highway 59 where you'll
find tons of restaurants, and amusement parks. There is a huge outlet mall in nearby Foley.

Directions to the GSP Resort:

From I-65, take Exit 37 and travel south on Highway 59 (Gulf Shores Parkway) approximately 53 miles. After crossing the Dr. Holmes Bridge continue to the 4th traffic light and turn right onto Highway 180 West (Ft. Morgan Parkway). Travel 13 miles and the entrance to GSP Resort will be on your left.

From I-10, take Exit 44 and travel south on Highway 59 (Gulf Shores Parkway) approximately 27 miles. After crossing the Dr. Holmes Bridge continue to the 4th traffic light and turn right onto Highway 180 West (Ft. Morgan Parkway). Travel 13 miles and the entrance to GSP Resort will be on your left.

With a king and queen beds and pull out sofa sleeper this unit can accommodate 6 people (four adults and 2 children) to provide a wonderful family vacation on the Gulf of Mexico.

Rick and Sue were excellent hosts! They provided us detailed instructions well ahead of time, and made sure all our questions were answered promptly. The condo was clean and matched the photos exactly - a very nice unit all around! We slept great in the comfortable king size bed, and really enjoyed the direct beach access, and the pools. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to others. Thanks again!

Family Vacation

Great property and amenities!

Loved the location and all of the pool amenities! Our littles loved the pool with the one foot section for the kids. It was also great to have an ice cream and coffee place within walking distance! The condo had everything in it that we needed for the week!

Great Beach Condo

The condo was the perfect place to relax and make the best beach memories. It was clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped. Just steps away from the beach and pools. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to returning!

Great Stay

Our stay was awesome. We decided last minute to take a beach trip to end the school year( 3 of us are teachers). This place was very nice, our only complaint is that the coffee pot was broken (my husband loves coffee). Would definitely recommend this place and will stay again.

Family trip

First time staying at gulf shores plantation condos. The condo is nice, clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Just a short walk to the beach. Property has several pools and a couple of restaurants to enjoy.

Memorial vacation

This property is exactly as advertised. We especially enjoyed the indoor heated pool/jacuzzi building right next door. Beach area was clean and lovely. We didn't mind the 20 minute or more drive into the main Gulf Shore restaurant/shopping areas as we just wanted a relaxing family time. Would highly recommend this rental to friends and family. Hope to return again.

Fantastic Week

This area never disappoints- condo was exactly as pictured! Beds were super comfortable, and kitchen was stocked well enough to cook whatever we wanted. I love the 24 hour security- always felt safe. The adult only pool was where we spent a lot of our time. It was clean, quiet, and relaxing. Thanks for a great week!

We really enjoyed our stay! Easy check in, Easy access to indoor pool and beach, and easy check out. We recommend eating at LuLus and we don’t recommend going to daulphin island by ferry unless you have 4 hrs to waste waiting on ferry travel
 We recommend going to Pensacola Navel Museum and eating at Peg Leg Pete’s too while your there

Perfect for families

First beach trip for my 1 year old grand baby so we wanted somewhere family friendly—especially for the week of July 4th. We chose Fort Morgan as it is definitely quieter than Gulf Shores, but close enough to it that the adults could easily enjoy it if they liked. The condo was clean, and quiet and had everything we needed. We were surrounded by families, which was exactly what we wanted. We made precious memories, and can’t wait to return!

The property was nice and clean. We loved our stay. Thank you. No complaints but I will give a couple of suggestions. 1st. The dishwasher didn’t work very well. I had to hand wash them after using the dishwasher. I rinsed the dishes before putting them in as well. 2nd. The drain stopper in the master bath didn’t allow the water to drain good and the water would stand. 3rd. A vacuum is needed for the rug. Note. The heater was out on the hot tub in the pool area which was disappointing.

So much Fun

All the way around this trip was great. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our family of 4. We loved the how close the pools and beach were. I loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the ocean. Everyone was really nice, we had no problems. Also the beds were really comfortable. The condo had everything that we needed. Beautiful property

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The unit is beautifully decorated, with very comfortable beds, and had everything we needed. We loved the close proximity to the beach. It is a very short walk. We also loved being able to look down into the indoor pool and hot tub to see how busy it was. This was our first trip to the area, and after driving into town, we were very happy with the more remote location of this resort. The quieter atmosphere and less crowded beach was wonderful. The owners were very responsive and pleasant, and truly have a beautiful vacation home. We would definitely choose this property and unit again.

Fantastic getaway

This property was just what we were looking for. This was our first time at the Resort at Plantation. The condo was nice and had everything we needed. The owners communicated very well and made the check in process as simple as it could be. The only thing we didn’t have was a washer and dryer inside the unit. We knew that going into it though. We would definitely stay in this unit again. It is secluded, quiet, and family friendly. If your’e looking for rowdiness and parties, stay someplace else. If you want a relaxing vacation with multiple pools, a private beach, and comfortable condos then this is the place. We were very satisfied!

Great Condo!

This condo was perfect for our "girls trip" to the beach. There was plenty of room for 4 adults. The beds and sleeper sofa were comfortable. The condo was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. It was about a 5 min walk to the beach each day. The complex has multiple pools and hot tubs. The indoor pool and indoor hot tub were about a 1 minute walk from the condo. We visited the indoor pool and hot tub every evening. This condo is about a 25 minute drive from the restaurants, bars and souvenir shops in Gulf Shores. We enjoyed the location of this condo very much. It was in a quite complex. The beach was not totally full of people. There was plenty of room to have fun on the beach. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Property Amazing
 However staff is not.

First off this property was awesome. It was stocked very well with everything. It had stuff for the kitchen, cleaning, games, and beach items. The owner was awesome and so quick to answer phone and emails. It was easy to check in and out. I loved the location as it is kind of off the beaten path but the owner have so many nice recommendations of what is around. The only issue we had was with one gentleman that worked at the facility. What I gathered after speaking to multiple other guest and owners is a lot had the same issue with him. We asked about the hot tub on multiple occasions. The story he told us is that it is broken and has been broken and maintenance is well aware of it. I reached out to the owner and asked about it and owner was told that people keep hitting the emergency shut off. That is not the case as it never heated while we were there. I did book based off the indoor pool and hot tub. The other staff member Derek was extremely polite and respectful. He was very apologetic and in my eyes is a value to their team as he makes up for the extremely rude gentleman. They were not allowed to disclose his name however I did make it known that he was rude every time I asked questions regarding the hot tub and what time the steam room and sauna closed. Other then the one gentleman and the hot tub not working this was a great trip!
