This beautiful, vast first-floor pool-view 1 bedroom condo is located within the popular Palm Suites community.

You can enjoy a vivacious living room with a dining room area,
which is fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a large balcony that connects the master bedroom and living room, and a little private patio in the backyard area.

The full kitchen has new high-quality appliances and is equipped with
microwave, oven-toaster, coffeemaker, juicer, toaster, water cooler, pots, pans, and all kitchenware.
The master bedroom has a walk-in closet & en suite bathroom, walk out to the balcony.
Laundry room has a new washer/dryer combo, iron & iron board, and a drying rack.
This apartment is fully equipped to ensure you enjoy a relaxing vacation: central AC, ceiling fans, mosquito screens, bath & beach towels, bed linens, free TV cable and WiFi internet, safe box.
Complex offers an outdoor pool in a tropical garden, free parking and 24/7 security.
This Condo sleeps 2-4 guests: a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
Please note that in an effort to conserve energy, as with most vacation rentals in Punta Cana, electricity is charged separately based on your consumption during your stay. The average cost will normally vary between US$5-10 per day but could fall outside this range, depending on your usage and can be self-monitored daily. The electricity meter will be read at check-in and check-out and charged separately.
PERFECT LOCATION! Palm Suites is located within easy walking distance to the white sands Bavaro beaches, close to several shopping plazas with grocery stores, restaurants, a sports bar, a bakery, a money exchange and shops. Other nearby amenities include more dining options, spas, casinos, ATM's, car rentals, and much more.
The San Juan Mall is a 10-minute drive and is home to a large supermarket, Pizza Hut, IKEA, IMAX theater, and more. Jumbo mall is located right beside, and a $1 public bus is available right around the corner from the condo.
For the sports-minded guests, there are 9 championship golf courses within a 5-45 minute drive of the condo. There is also a tennis court located across the street from the condo.

Palm Suites, Punta Cana 2023

Usually i don't write a review, but we really enjoyed this stay. Palm Suites is huge and very nice, clean, with great backyard and balcony that faces swimming pool, with a nice view. Apartment comes like fully loaded, with everything that you need. I felt like I was at home. Living room has apple TV, and a pull out sofa that you can also sleep on, if you travel with more people. 2 full washrooms with showers, which is very convinient, after the beach me and my friend used showers at the same time. In the bedroom the bed is HUGE it is King bed but looks and feels much bigger. Also, you can go from bedroom to the balcony and from living room. There is a washer and dryer but you can also dry clothes in the backyard. Backyard has table with chairs and umbrella. I just fall in love with this suite. Swimming pool being cleaned daily, so it is super clean. It has tables with chairs and sunbeds with umbrellas. You can easily spend all day there if there are high waves or you lazy to go anywhere. Neighborous are friendly and its quite. This aparment is 5 minutes away from the sea. There is 365 beach club, with business style restaurant with a decent prices for a breakfast, lunch and you get either a table with chairs or sunbeds with umbrella. Uber to the Jumbo mall is around 20$ and you can buy groceries there. Also it is a Downtown Punta Cana there. Good prices for tourist packages available. Would definetely recommend this Palm Suites and will definetely come back!

I chose the Palm Suites community for the vibrancy, the pool, and the close proximity to the beaches and shops. Palm Suites is within walking distance of the local White Sands Bavaro Beach, local shops and restaurants, and much more! Palm Suites also comes with a private pool and is located across from a tennis court - perfect for any athletic or sports-loving individuals.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This condo is located on the ground floor of the Palm Suites community and comes with a large front balcony that connects from the living room to the master bedroom. You can easily wake out in the morning for a quick dip in the pool, or take an 8 min walk to the beach from the ground floor. There are also restaurants on the beach (ex: 360) that allow you to dine and relax on the beach between swims! This condo also comes with a personal, backyard patio area that is perfect for dining, suntanning and drying laundry. I love that this beautiful, vibrant property is within the heart of Punta Cana. You will feel like you are in a Wes Anderson film by staying here.
