Brand new Cozy Cabin on a small 181 acre pond. Enjoy the cabin feel of knotty pine and a big country porch overlooking the water. Walk in access to the water or ice in the winter. Kayaking, canoeing, ice fishing, snowmobiling and more depending on the time of year. A peaceful location a mile down a private road but 10 minutes away from a grocery store etc. Eagles, loons and fish will be your neighbors as you are in the moment at Price's Point.

Great place to stay. The host is fantastic. He has thought of everything you may need when staying away from home. The cabin is clean (and I'm a clean freak), private and it is and on the water. What more could you want. It is also close to many local activities (dining, shopping, historical sites, and entertainment). We'll be returning!

Had a wonderful stay. Lots of family time. The weather was overcast, cool while we were in Maine. But the house was clean, beautiful, & very welcoming. David met us at door, answered our questions & was always available. We would love to come back in September.

Absolutely the best location and the house is immaculate! Owner was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed .. very peaceful and the lake is gorgeous.. loons and Eagles galore.. would go back for a week stay

The property is beautiful, clean, and just as described. The fire pit, view from the dock, and screen porch were all wonderful. Will definitely return if we are in the area again!

This home and location were purely perfect! If your looking for quiet spot to relax and enjoy the pond this is your spot! David was a wonderful host and his attention to detail made our stay very comfortable and an overall wonderful experience.

Peaceful and perfect!

We loved our stay! Cabin is spotless and decor is awesome with very comfortable furniture. The host has everything a guest would need! We enjoyed kayaking and kicking it back sitting on the dock with good books while taking in the beautiful setting and nature around us.

Even more spectacular in person

We stayed at Price‘s point over the Christmas holiday. It was the perfect setting to celebrate Christmas with our family. The cabin is new and modern, very spacious and has absolutely everything you could need.I can’t wait to go back and experience it in the summer time.

Relaxing

Great getaway with friends. Very clean inside and out. Beautiful view of the water from the porch and from the lawn. David has put a lot of effort into this location to make sure it has everything you could need.

Price’s Point was Perfect

We wanted a cabin on the water for a quick getaway. This place really was perfect! It was beautiful and well kept inside and outside. We woke to a beautiful misty morning and when the sun came over the trees, so did a bald eagle. We got the binoculars and watched him for almost an hour! Dave was great! Highly recommend

Great Cabin and Amazing Lake View

The cabin is as described. Our family wanted to stay longer and we will return for another visit. Clean home, well manicured property, easy check-in, lovely screened and unscreened back porch with additional seating closer to the lake to enjoy a fire-pit. Easy access to the dock where we enjoyed drinks and morning coffee. Excellent communication with the owner. Everyone in the family loved it. Stocked kitchen too.

Our Happy Place

David's cabin on the lake is everything we wanted & beyond. He greeted us on arrival & was friendly & informative about the area. We loved seeing an eagle fly across the pond, a loon, & ground squirrel. The cabin was in a very good location to visit Bar Harbor, Unity train ride to see the fall foliage, Portland, & Maine Cabin Masters gift shop in Manchester.
