Lake Road Log Cabin A — Million Dollar Ozark view!

Our cabin A is located just one mile off of Hwy 21. They are just 2 miles from the Fort Davidson Civil War Museum and Park in Pilot Knob, MO. The property has spectacular views from a rustic front porch. It is perfect for a couples getaway, family vacation, or small business retreat! This property is very unique because it is located a mile from town yet it is very private. You can enjoy the sounds of nature, listen to the frogs, and the crickets and look up at the stars while you have great conversations with your loved ones. Sitting around the fire is also a plus while toasting marshmallows!
The four bedroom cabin has a modern kitchen with microwave, stainless steel full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, toaster, coffee maker and oven. The kitchen is stocked with pots & pans and cooking utensils. This cabin also has modern bathrooms plus central heating and air. Bedding and towels provided. Master bedroom has a king sized bed. Second bedroom has a queen sized bed, the third bedroom has a full-sized bed, and the fourth bedroom has a twin trundle bed.

Arcadia Valley offers something for everyone! Hiking, biking, disc golf, mountain biking, fishing, camping, swimming, kayaking, history and more!

Excellent restaurants, lodging, and shopping!

Only 90 minutes south west of St. Louis, you can be here in no time at all!

We love this Cabin!

Great cabin, plenty of room, very well maintained! The day trips from here are fantastic: Johnson Shut Ins, Elephant Rocks, Castor River, Black River, etc. Highly recommended.

Cozy comfort

We had a very comfortable stay in this lovely log cabin. The location was just a short drive to some amazing state parks and the cabin itself was in a beautiful, quiet setting.

Great Retreat

Great Stay

Our family stayed in this cabin while at a family reunion. The cabin was nice, clean and everything we hoped for. It was a great location with the distance to town and State Parks. While there, we enjoyed Elephant Rock, Johnson Shut Ins, and swimming in Black River. I wish we would have know about the other cabins available beside the large cabin, we would have rented them as well. Maybe link the others ones in the post for future renters. We would rent again in the future if it is available for our dates. :)

Second time staying, and we'll be back!

My extended family rented this cabin two years ago, and we rented again this year for our annual winter camping trip. It's a perfect getaway. The house is very clean, well stocked and super cozy. We look forward to coming back next year!

AMAZING 10/10

This place was absolutely INCREDIBLE. We rented it for a surprise weekend for my husband's 25th birthday and it was amazing. My family had nothing but good things to say. The only bad thing they had to say was that we didn't get to stay long enough! We will all DEFINITELY be back in the future. It was a beautiful piece of property listed for a fantastic price and was was even better than expected. 10/10 would recommend!!!+

Mostly great cabin stay

Overall a great place to stay. Beautiful setting, nice accommodations. Just some minor things owner could do that would make it even better. Shy on dishes-plates, cups, glasses, silverware- for accommodating 10 guests (or even 7 as was our group number). Could use a couple sharp knives and a few additional kitchen towels and washcloths. Coffee pot was clogged and didn't work. A shelf in shower for shampoo/soap. Top sheets on beds. We found some in totes in closets, but some were dirty with sticks and leaves on them. Would also be nice to be able to open windows to let in the lovely air in the area.

Family Vacation

Great location, short drive to wherever you want to go. Coladonia is a wonderful little town for those that still enjoy small town shopping. Elephant Rock is a must see. We’re wanting to come back next year to see the battle of Pilot Knob. Black River floating was a blast. Iron Mule has great food!
