Located on the desirable west side of downtown Paso Robles is this wonderful 1918 Craftsman home. This home is located just 5 blocks from the famed Paso Robles restaurants and downtown wineries. This one bedroom + one bath home has a full kitchen, living and dining areas, as well as a large fenced backyard with outdoor seating, spa, fire pit & BBQ.
The Space:

This home features a western decor in this craftsman style living space. The living room has leather couch & chair and features a Smart TV.
The newly remodeled kitchen features butcher block counters and new appliances. It is Fully-stocked with luxury cookware, dinnerware, and glassware. Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker as well as Nespresso espresso machine, are provided for your morning pick me up.
The Bedroom has a King size bed and a 50â Smart TV.
The full bathroom is newly remodeled with a walk-in shower and is stocked with quality towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Outdoor Areas:
The outdoor backyard space is fully fenced and features a large open space with spa, seating area and fire pit, and, of course, you can grill it up on the gas BBQ.
Additional Amenities
Also enjoy Board games, Bluetooth speaker, outdoor games, etc. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and private parking. Shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens are provided. Everything you need for a perfect getaway!

This home is easily accessible to Hwy 101. It is a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive from downtown bars and restaurants. There is a deli around the corner as well as a few restaurants.
Walk to the Downtown Tasting Rooms, or feel free to take a quick drive to explore the other 300+ wineries that Paso wine country has to offer!

We are DOG-friendly with a Fifty dollar per pet fee. Maximum pet allowance is 2. Failure to disclose pet and pay the fee will result in a Five Hundred Dollar additional fine. Guests are required to clean up after their pets. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time.
