Great temporary home.

We were between homes - selling one and waiting for new one to be finished. It was convenient to both places and kept in the area we were familiar with.

Always a great stay!

My son and I love this guesthouse. The rooms are clean and inviting. The neighborhood is safe with a nice area for your vehicle. It’s a close drive to restaurants and Katy’s Asia town. We’ve stayed multiple times and always enjoy it!

Very nice

This property is quaint and beautiful. Although I did not sleep here it was and had everything I needed for the event that I was attending. If you’re looking for simple and nice, this is your place. I would suggest USB chargers as there are none. Overall I recommend.

Very dissapointed

Only 1 wash cloth for 2 adults 2night stay. No sheet on bottom bunk bed. Black live bugs in drawers, killed 2 spiders, and found 1 dead roach. Communication with owner was difficult due to language barrior. Air conditioner did not cool, we had to buy fans. Like to have never found what was suppose to be a refrigerator in a laundry room. and it was a dorm refrigerator. Had to buy ice chest and ice to keep our groceries cold. Final issue was having to wash dishes in bathroom sink due to no sink in what was suppose to be a kitchen area. Worse VRBO stay ever!!

This property was comfortable and private. Very restful to return to after a long training day.

Nice place to stay

The place was comfortable and had easy access. Cooking capabilities were limited, and you should also be aware that the location is right next to other people. This was very nice for two people needing hotel-like arrangements.

Last minute stay

We booked Unit B for a brief stay to attend a hastily planned memorial service for my wife’s uncle. The property off I10 and 99 was convenient to travel back and forth to family gatherings in Richmond and Sugar Land. The property was as described except we thought it had a hair dryer, and we ended up having to buy one. When the internet service went down, David was responsive with helping us discover there was an outage in the neighborhood. We will definitely stay again the next time we see family.

Although humble accommodations, the place was perfect for me. I came to get some work done so I was only there during the night but it fit my needs perfectly.

Pleasant Heritage House

Pleasant property with lots of nice touches like sitting area outside and a barbecue. We stayed in one of the suites off the carport area and it had lots of storage and a full private laundry. Owner is very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and was very responsive to concerns.
