Awesome stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property! Great location, clean, pool was perfect! Kitchen has everything we need for cooking.Our teenagers love the guest house. Spacious rooms.Has beach chairs but no umbrellas. The only thing that needs improvement is the shower water pressure is low, but other than that we would come back again.Thank you for the late check out!

Rented this property via VRBO on Siesta Key for kids spring break. The property held 10, and we had 9 there for the majority of the week. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Multiple coffee machines, a Ninja blender and multiple large pots were very much appreciated since we tend to cook most meals. Definitely a maxed out kitchen. Only nits to pick were that most of the base consumables we had to buy at the store rather than being stocked. TP, Paper towels, Dish soap, dishwasher pods, coffee filters, extra garbage bags. This necessitated extra trips to the store. Thankfully, Publix was a short trip (5-7 minutes) onto the mainland, so not too inconvenient. Side note. The water tastes bad, (Seems to be a FL thing.) so you'll probably want to grab some jugs at the store. Other local stores were close and there was a Costco on route from Tampa International, so that worked out well. I do want to say the customer service was outstanding!!! We had two issues and both were responded to and addressed very quickly. AOnly reason I did 4* on value is that I tend to be cheap. That being said, We would definitely rent this property again.

Great space & location

The space was nicely layed out for a family with bedrooms spread out, including a separate bungalow, and recreation space that had covered pool space and billiards. The location was ideal for access to beaches and restaurants.

Family Vaca to Siesta Key

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this Siesta Key home! The house layout was great for our family of 9. The pool was perfect for the kids (and adults). It was conveniently located near the beach, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The property manager was very responsive via text whenever we needed something or had a question. We highly recommend this rental.

Perfect home for our Florida get away!

This home worked out perfect for us. It was a short drive to the beach and the stores we needed for the week. The layout of the home was perfect for our family of 6 and 2 grand parents. When any issue came up with the home the management team was quick to respond. We would definitely book this home again.

This house was very beautiful and clean, it was close to everything! The beaches, the restaurants! And The host was so helpful! We had so much fun in this property and we would definitely stay here again :)

Great beds and heated pool

Came down in March for my daughter’s Spring Break and to get my 95 year old mother out of the cold. Needed a one floor home so she could walk around with a walker and the shower had a bench seat that we used for her showers. Beds were so comfortable!! The heated pool was a huge plus as it was a little windy to sit on the beach a couple of days. The check in/out process was so easy

Great stay! Well located and clean, great pool

The property is very well maintained. Spent many hours in the pool with the family - it's always warm and is completely screened in. The property is well located a mile or less from Siesta Key Village. It's also convenient to mainland Sarasota and many attractions. Property management communicated very quickly via text for any questions we had. Would stay again!

Great vacation home

Great house, lots of space! We had two families on this trip and it was roomy for all of us. Had everything we needed. The kids lived in the pool and the hot tub was great too! We played a lot of pool, and enjoyed grilling out at the house too! Highly recommend.

Siesta get away

We enjoyed the beautiful beach town of Siesta Key this past week in a beautifully accommodating house. The house was well equipped and fit our needs perfectly. The host was prompt and attentive to our needs and made our stay a great vacation. The house was minutes from most things including the beach, the pickleball courts, the shopping and dining areas. It is a must for a family of 5-6 to stay and not be on top of each other.

AMAZING FAMILY FRIENDLY PROPERTY

This house was the best decision we could've ever made! We usually stay at resorts and have to spend all six days sweating at the beach to satisfy the kiddos! We went with a house this time, with a pool, so that way the adults could relax in the shade and the kids could still have fun! It is accommodating on every level, from everything you need in a kitchen, to entire house being suitable for everyone. My mother-in-law thoroughly enjoyed having the separate suite, as she needed her quiet time when the day was over. It was nice to wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee by the pool in quiet. We walked to the private beach one day, and although small, it was very convenient to the property and the kids still enjoyed it ! I highly recommend this property!

Not quite as expected but still enjoyed our stay

Check in was smooth & easy, we were even given the option of early check-in. Pool & pool area were smaller than we had envisioned, but we still enjoyed the very warm pool & the hot tub very much. There were multiple issues with items in the home which one might consider minor in & of themselves…cabinet doors extremely loose/dangling in kitchen, no wifi or functioning tv in the pool house upon arrival (not corrected until 5 days after arrival), pool alarms falling off doors with each opening, bike tires flat on both bikes, dryer not functioning properly…but when all added together were rather disappointing to have to deal with in a “5 star” property. Management team was absolutely delightful and very responsive when issues did arise, but we (& I imagine they too) would have preferred not to have had the issues in the first place. Two issues we consider related to safety (though we did not address with the management company because there is not a quick fix for these) are the multiple lifting tiles on the flooring throughout the house, and the faded beyond legible controls on the range in the kitchen. The location is on a corner by the main road, very close to the bridge which made for some noisy traffic sounds while outdoors, though it was still quiet while inside the home. It is about 3 miles to Siesta Key Beach from the home. We enjoyed the space/layout of the home. Well stocked kitchen, Really appreciated the wagon, cooler, & beach chairs included for beach days.

Fint hus med bra läge!

Huset är stort och luftigt och har en fräsch yta. I badrummen var det väldigt dåligt tryck i kranarna och vattnet rann undan långsamt. Uteplatsen och poolen är helt insynsskyddad. På uteplatsen var det trasiga plattor precis vid poolen vilka var lätta att snubbla och göra sig illa på. Det fanns endast två solsängar och endast fem stolar vid matbordet ute. Det finns gott om handdukar att ha till poolen och stranden vilket var toppen. Allt är underdimensionerat om huset har 10 gäster vilket anges som max antal gäster. Läget på huset är bra. Det är en kort biltur till stranden och till Siesta Key Village. Det är en väg utanför som det låter endel ifrån när man är utomhus. Kommunikationen med uthyraren var lätt och de åtgärdade snabbt de saker som behövde ordnas. Vi hade en jättefin vistelse i detta hus!
