Newly remodeled, clean 3 bd;/ 2 ba house on a private rd at the end of street. Newer furniture, tastefully decorated, cozy home.Away from it all, yet close to town and Naples Beach and world -famous 5Th Ave! Close to the freeway- makes it easy to go anywhere you have to be. Located in an area if larger lots- so you can enjoy some privacy and peace and quiet. House has a washer and a dryer. Is fully stocked with all the essentials, extra linens and towels, and all kitchen necessities! Enjoy your morning coffee at a table outside under a gazebo, and your dinner by the fire pit. Come and relax in a qiet place close to everything Naples has to offer! Property equipment with outdoor camera.

Very easy check-in/check-out, super clean, bright and airy home. The hosts were very responsive and made sure everything was just right for our stay. We stayed 3 nights with 4 adults and 1 child and couldn’t have been happier with the home and the whole experience. We highly recommend and will be quick to reserve again if our travels take us back to the area.

Awesome

Beautiful place. We stay for 4 of july weekend, we did hamburguers on the grill and masmellows on the fire pit. We visit the Beach next day. Well equipped house and close to everything. Looks like a country house. So don't forget bug spray.

Peaceful place

Needed a quiet place to relax with my dog while working in the Naples area. Hit a home run with this place. Estate feel with plenty of space inside and out. Close to everything, will try to stay here when I’m in Naples.

My 2 coworkers and me needed a place to stay near our business owners’ home nearby. We enjoyed this roomy, comfortable, clean and affordable VRBO for our 4-day stay. No issues! Definitely would recommend.

quiet neighborhood but close enough to Naples

We had a wonderful time in Naples. There were some minor issues but the hostess took care of those quickly.

Beautiful property with easy accessibility to everything Naples has to offer. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time vacationing in Naples. My kids had a great time being able to play outside while at the residence just as much as traveling to the local beaches in the area. The Naples house was beautiful and clean and the host was exceptional in making us feel welcome during our visit. Would absolutely book again.

Excellent Choice

I had some guys working in the Naples area and got them this house to stay in. Nice country setting but close to the city. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area

Quite a distance from Naples sites to visit. Unappealing backyard. Hot tub cover held together with duct tape. Kitchen was okay but well used pans and appliances. Bed was good. Okay clothes storage.

Amazing hot tub and Florida room

The updated inside décor was amazing. Beds were extremely comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Loved the outdoor area with gazebo and hot tub. The Florida room was great with French doors to look outside in the mornings. The only drawback is it is very close to the highway and traffic noise is present

Perfect Getaway

This property was clean and basic needs were provided. The kitchen was beautifully stocked with anything you might need. The location was great, close to everything. The host was great! We had an issue with the refrigerator and she got us a brand new one the same day. We would definitely stay here again.

Modern Relaxation

Property was very spacious and clean inside with many modern appliances. The kitchen had everything you need. The backyard had many great ways to relax including the propane fire and hot tub. It was nice to watch the horses while getting some sun in the afternoon. If you are a light sleeper Id recommend a cheap box fan from wal mart to drown out traffic noise at night, it is not very loud but a light sleeper will notice.

It's nice, but..........

This is a nice house and it does reflect the information provided on VRBO. I-75 is very visible from the property, but we did not notice any noise or challenges because of the highway's close proximity. The property is literally right next to a horse farm - not a large one, but several horses were on the property. This wasn't a problem, but people were coming and going at the farm quite a bit. The one thing that was most concerning to us is that the doors on the house are not firmly secured. The door that goes from the dining area to the patio literally has about a 1/8-1/4" gap. A strong person could easily reach a finger in and pull the door off; use a crowbar and the door will come right off. The front door jiggles in the frame - it wouldn't take much to break that door down either. The doors really aren't framed; they are hinged much like the internal doors in a home. Because of this issue, and with the many passersby going to the horse farm, we didn't feel confident that the property was secure. If the owners resolve this issue, it will be easy to relax and feel comfortable in this home.
