BRAND NEW, high-end downtown studio in Mountain Home, Arkansas!
This 1-bedroom/1-bathroom high-end studio has luxurious spa-like finishes and is within walking distance to downtown Mtn. Home.
This studio has 1 bedroom with a queen bed. There is a partial kitchen, washer and dryer (in common area), full bath, and comfortable living room. Every room has a TV. (Pack n play and highchair available upon request.)

Our amazing area boasts not just one, but two beautiful lakes and three rivers. This is a place to escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature and each other, and slow your roll down.
We invite you to take an evening stroll down to our local square to enjoy a 5-star dinner at Rapp’s Barren Brewery & Gastropub. They have some of Arkansas best craft brews! Close the evening off with a glass of wine at Crush Studio.
When you wake up tomorrow, we know you’ll need a pick me up after your fun night, so take a short walk to Cove Coffee for some gourmet coffee and baked goods!

If you forget something, there is a grocery store right next door.

Such a great unit! It’s close to everything! This is our second time staying here & it’s just a perfect place for couples, families or friends! The host is incredibly gracious and so friendly. Will definitely stay here again!! A

I love this property.

I have stayed at this property multiple times. The owner is extremely responsive, and she thinks of all the details. You won't need anything, even if you forgot something. The property is only two blocks from the square and very centrally located in Mountain Home. I have stayed in VRBOs all over the country, and this owner is one of my favorites.

Nice clean

The property was nice, clean and convenient with all new appliances and fixtures. I liked the bed, very comfortable and I slept well. However, The ice maker was loud at night when making ice so I turned it off and the toilet had a leak that I was able to adjust, If not it ran off and on and kept me awake. There are no windows at all which was odd. I was mostly there at night so it didn’t bother me that much. I guess the main issue was the electric key lock, I never knew if the door was actually locked once I entered and closed the door and there wasn’t a dead bolt to make me feel secure. Overall I liked Karla’s place maybe a deadbolt would help my sense of security.
