Located and tucked away just west of Durango and at the base of the San Juan National Forest, you will be able to enjoy quiet privacy, the convenience of an easy drive to town, and endless trails just minutes away. Wake up to gorgeous views of the La Plata and the San Juan Mountains, inhale fresh mountain air, and enjoy your morning or evening beverage on the covered patio. While you're enjoying the views, keep an eye out for wildlife passing through the property!

Aside from the entertainment of the surrounding areas, this home comes complete with all of the modern comforts needed to relax in style after full days of mountain adventure. Cozy up beside the warmth of the wood stove, indulge in a game of pool, or catch up on your favorite shows using the free WiFi and streaming capabilities of the TV. When mealtimes come around, the luxurious eat-in kitchen is outfitted with a stunning gas range, ample cookware, beautiful countertops, and modern cookware to make any recipe a breeze. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Supplying your own firewood is recommended since this home only includes a starter bundle.
Streaming is available with guests' own accounts.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
