When winter arrives, Incline Village transforms into a snowy wonderland, offering world-class downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and sledding opportunities. ❄️

Inside, you’ll find a chic mountain-modern aesthetic that perfectly balances comfort and style. The open-concept great room, dining area, and kitchen feature cathedral ceilings, abundant natural light, and elegant furnishings. The chef of the group will love the sleek, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, wine and beverage fridges, and quartz countertops. Share meals at the large dining table or keep it casual at the breakfast bar. 🍷

Things to Know

Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (including pools, fitness center, and group classes) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; check the Tahoe Public Beach website for details.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
