Maison de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain entiÚrement rénovée et rénovée située dans le quartier de Mill Creek de Incline Village. Cet endroit à faible altitude est à 5 minutes à pied du Hyatt et à 10 minutes à pied des belles plages privées d'Incline Village.
Cette maison se trouve sur un magnifique terrain immaculé de 1/3 acre, entouré de pins, offrant une variété d'options de divertissement, y compris un systÚme audio Sonos dans la taniÚre, une cuisine, une terrasse et un terrain de pétanque, une télévision à écran plat de 42 pouces, un DVD lecteur, magnétoscope dans la taniÚre. Le salon a une belle cheminée à gaz, une télévision à écran plat de 32 pouces, un lecteur DVD et un canapé sectionnel confortable pour se détendre. Il y a une grande terrasse (675 pieds carrés) au large de la cuisine avec un barbecue à gaz, et un terrain de boules de boules construit professionnellement dans la cour idéale pour se divertir ou se détendre. Les trois chambres disposent également d'une télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD. Le garage est terminé et comprend un chargeur de voiture électrique de 50 ampÚres.
Incline Village, la seule communauté planifiée du lac Tahoe, est le domicile du championnat et du terrain de golf de montagne, Diamond Peak et Sand Harbor. Situé sur la pittoresque rive nord du lac Tahoe, à 45 minutes de l'aéroport international de Reno, à 25 minutes de la station de ski Northstar, à 45 minutes de Squaw Valley, Alpine et Heavenly Ski Resort. Une destination toute l'année!

Amazing location, expansive remodeled floor plan, and fabulous spot for a week with family. Super clean and welcoming just minutes from shopping, dining, and Casino. Two kiddos loved the backyard play-set while the adults played Bocci. Well stocked and easy to check-in/check-out with property management. We will be back!

Great house and yard! This was our annual cooking Italian cousins trip. Great kitchen for cooking all together. Only problem was the 2 days of power outage by the power company for upgrades. So those were the days we went shopping!!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It is beautiful inside and out. Just beware of the steps from kitchen to family room. Hard to see the third step as it blends with the flooring. Out of 6 of us, 5 fell or stumbled trying to navigate the steps.

This house was immaculately kept with a great layout, lots of room, and clean spaces. Even the decor was really nice. My family really enjoyed staying here. The backyard was the perfect place to relax. The patio was a great size, and the bocce ball field(?) was awesome out there, and the we really had fun.

Family Wedding Weekend

Terrific place to gather for a family wedding weekend. This beautiful home provided a welcome respite between events. The deck and backyard may have been our favorite spaces, though the entire house was pleasant and quite comfortable, giving each of us space to rest and recharge. We had a small issue with hot water, which was rectified immediately by the property manager. (Thanks Luis!). We highly recommend this gorgeous home for your next adventure in Incline Village.

Comfortable, beautiful home!

The home was nicely decorated, comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and actually felt like our home away from home. My only critique would be that we thought we would be able to play bocce ball, because the sun was out, and sit on back deck in the chairs shown in pics (all were tightly covered). Other than those small items, your home was a delight!

Beautiful house in Incline Village

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean and spacious. It is perfect for friends and family get together. Bathrooms and the kitchen were well stocked. Kitchen has all the utensils, pans, pots, etc. The appliances were very modern. Check in and out was very easy.

Beautiful cabin close to all the amenities

We had a wonderful Christmas holiday trip because of this great place. The property was beautiful, clean and spacious. Each bedroom had comfortable beds, great linens, everything was super clean and we had plenty of space for our family to all gather for meals, cookie baking and so much more. I will definitely stay here again on a future trip!

Fantastic home in a great location

What a beautiful home in the perfect location. We were looking for a family friendly house to celebrate an early Christmas with our granddaughters 2.5 and 1. This place was centrally located to take walks to the hyatts, restaurants and the houses around us had adorable Christmas decorations. We would definitely rent this house again.

Family trip for wedding in Incline Village

We hosted our adult sons and families for a family wedding nearby - this property was perfect to enjoy the perfect Tahoe summer days in the backyard. It was a great low-key hangout for our family. Close to everything and beautifully appointed.

Great Property!

Our stay was awesome from beginning to end. The location is fantastic because we like to do a little gambling at the Hyatt Incline Village -- the house is VERY close to the Hyatt and Diamond Peak Ski resort. The house was super comfortable with plenty of basic supplies -- the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to cook meals -- all we had to do was buy groceries. The bathrooms also had everything we needed. There are two large living spaces perfect for hanging out -- as well as a gas fireplace. We will definitely stay here again!
