We ❤️ our Vrbo guests! This beach cottage is VERY popular for Spring Break and close to the vibrant & active Snowbird community here, so book early!

Welcome to Mojito Grande—where flip-flops are formal wear and sandy feet are a badge of honor!

Where You'll Sleep:
・Bedroom 1: Twin floor bunk with stairs (no scary ladder!)—kids love it. TV for cartoons or quiet time.
・Bedroom 2: Comfy queen bed with a cloud-like hybrid mattress. Sweet dreams guaranteed.
・Bedroom 3 (Primary): King bed so cozy you might not want to leave. Private bathroom with a dual-head shower that feels like a spa.
・Two Full Bathrooms: One with a tub (great for sandy kiddos), one en suite with that amazing dual-head shower.

Where You'll Hang Out:
・Living Room: Bright and airy with a big TV and an oversized bean bag that fits the whole family
・Kitchen: Everything you need to whip up pancakes, tacos, or whatever fuels your beach adventures. Both drip and K-cup coffee makers because morning java is serious business.
・Dining: Island seating for 4 plus extra spots for snacking
・Front Deck: The real star! Flowing curtains, a swinging egg chair, a hammock, and a café table perfect for sunset happy hour
・Ground Level: Fire pit for s'mores, outdoor shower for sandy returns, and a shed full of beach toys

The Practical Stuff: Full laundry, parking for 3 cars, and all the creature comforts you'd expect.

BEACH TIME!
One block = 160 steps = you on the beach in about 2 minutes. You'll get wristbands from the beach access people after you arrive (we'll send you the details beforehand). Our beach shed is stocked with a wagon, chairs, and toys so you don't have to pack half your garage.

Want beach chair service with umbrellas? Just contact the vendors on the beach—they'll set you up!

Arrive and relax—we provide the essentials:

・Kitchen basics (replace what you use, please!)
・Pack-n-Play and high chair (just ask!)

Sorry, we can't do early check-ins or late check-outs—our cleaning team needs time to make everything perfect for the next guests!

THE IMPORTANT STUFF (AKA THE RULES)
We're pretty chill, but a few things to keep everyone happy:

The Big No-Nos:
・No smoking/vaping (seriously, anywhere—$525+ fee if you do)
・No pets
・No parties (this isn't MTV Spring Break)
・No glitter (it's the craft herpes—impossible to clean!)
・No hair dye or fabric dye (our towels are traumatized enough)

Be a Good Human:
・County Quiet time: 10pm-8am (neighbors need sleep too)
・Max 6 guests (fire codes aren't suggestions)
・Only people on the reservation, please

For Your Safety:
・Exterior cameras may be there to watch the outside (not you, promise)
・Noise monitors make sure we stay cool with the community (they don't record conversations)

Oops Protection: Broke a wine glass? Spilled something? We cover accidental damage up to $500—just tell us during your stay and snap a photo. No judgment, we've all been there!

BEFORE YOU BOOK
After booking, we'll send you a link to dot the i's and cross the t's:

・$300 refundable security deposit
・Sign the rental agreement (it's not that long, we promise)
・Tell us who's coming

Pro tip: Get travel insurance! Life happens, and it's nice to have backup.
