I’m very disappointed by the inaccuracy of your review. A portion of the driveway is a bit steep, the parking area is level and large. The pool table is not a full size pro table, but it is not for kids as it stands waist high on average height adults. We do limit the water temperature on the pool to 85 degrees to help maintain a comfortable humidity level in the garage. Besides, it’s a pool not a hot tub. As I’m sure you recall, the water was clear, clean, and fresh for your arrival. Any contribution to its cleanliness is on the part of you and your guests as the pump that does the filtration process was always working. The central air was working upon your arrival, but became “frozen” the next afternoon during nearly 100 degree outdoor temperatures while you had the unit set to the mid 60s inside. Again, this issue was resolved within 4 hours of your complaint by a repair man sent to you on a holiday weekend. I challenge you to find that service elsewhere. The charge you received was for the pet fee we disclose up front plus taxes. You would have known this if you had disclosed that you were bringing pets prior to the check in date. Your card was not charged. You accepted that fee in order to bring the 3 Shepards, as the VRBO app requires. This is also an allowance I challenge you to find in many other homes. The home is properly advertised with respect to all amenities and cameras which fall within VRBO policies for the safety, security, and management of the property.
