Close to everything the Great Smokies has to offer! 13 minutes to Pigeon Forge, 26 minutes to Gatlinburg and 14 minutes to Wears Valley. Grocery store is minutes away!

General:

All guests must be 18+ (children with parents are allowed) unless discussed and exception made prior to booking.
12 people max
We provide a start of soaps, shampoos, toiletries, paper towels and condiments. You may need to buy more.
You will likely see and hear critters
Bears are dangerous, DO NOT FEED THEM
Pets allowed - Extra pet deposit and cleaning fees apply. $450 with Maximum of 2 pets allowed. Weight must be less than 40 pounds for each animal. Pet type/picture must be shared prior to booking. Pet must be crated if left alone in home or taken with guest.
Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages
The hot tub/indoor pool is for guests 25 and over only. Kids allowed ONLY with SUPERVISION.
Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub or Indoor Pool. You are not allowed to use the hot tub/indoor pool if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub/indoor pool AT YOUR OWN RISK!
No late check out or early check in UNLESS arrangements are made with owner.
If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge per hour.
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control - We recommend travel insurance
If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $300 per pet.
You MUST sign rental agreement electronically after booking


Security:

Lock all windows and doors before leaving the house.
Turn off lights and electronics when not in use.
No parties or events unless prior arrangements are made with the host.
All overnight guests must be registered with the host Unless prior arrangements are made.
Guests should comply with all posted parking rules / signs.



Hot Tub / Patio Area/ Indoor Pool Area

No glass containers inside the hot tub/indoor pool area or on the porch.
No more than 10 persons on the deck at any time.
No more than 4 persons inside the hot tub at any time.
No children under the age of 10 years old in the hot tub at any time. No unattended children in the hot tub or on the balcony/deck at any time
No children WITHOUT SUPERVISION allowed in Indoor Pool.
