Cette unité a un grand plan d'étage.
Environ. Surface habitable de 700 pieds carrés et véranda couverte de 96 pieds carrés. L'endroit idéal pour se détendre ou planifier vos excursions.
Confortable, accueillant, mais spacieux, vous vous sentirez comme vous avez trouvé votre «maison au paradis»!

Saluez les îles voisines de Molokai et Lanai lorsque vous commencez la journée. Prenez le petit déjeuner sur votre propre véranda privée pendant que vous entendez l'océan bleu rouler et le vin pendant que vous regardez le coucher du soleil. Allez vous baigner, le récif extérieur protège la ligne de rivage juste en face du bâtiment. Ou asseyez-vous sur une chaise longue, sous un palmier.

Cet endroit est calme! Tout ce que vous entendez, c'est l'océan.
Il y a une piscine, mais ce n'est pas en dessous de votre véranda.
Il y a une rue mais c'est exactement du côté opposé de l'endroit où vous êtes.
La brise naturelle entre la cour intérieure paysagée (avec étang de carpes koï) et l'océan fait circuler l'air et maintient l'endroit à une température très confortable même sans A / C.
Vous dormirez bien la nuit, car il ne fait jamais aussi chaud qu'à Lahaina toute proche.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit queen size, la deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Ils ont tous des matelas de haute qualité. Fais de beaux rêves!

What a view! Absolutely stunning view right off the lanai. We saw whales almost every day. Bring binoculars! Property and condo is clean, quiet and comfortable. No a/c but the breeze from the ocean and fans was enough to keep us cool and comfortable. Communication with host was excellent! We will return here, guaranteed!

We absolutely loved our stay at Paki Maui. The ocean views were breathtaking, and watching the sunsets from the lanai became our favorite part of every day. The resort has a cozy, intimate feel — peaceful, never crowded, and perfect for relaxing.The location is fantastic as well. We were able to walk to several great nearby spots like Café A-Repa, The Fish Market, and Bad Ass Coffee, which made dining out super convenient.The kitchen was impressively well stocked, and we appreciated being able to cook a few meals at home whenever we didn’t feel like going out.Overall, a wonderful stay — we’d happily come back in a heartbeat.

Lanai was incredible!

We spent every morning drinking coffee, watching the sunrise over the ocean. We saw whales, turtles, and even a monk seal. The location is convenient to lots of local restaurants. Highly recommend!

Most amazing view EVER!

This condo is as described. Well stocked and a view you will dream about! Location was good, had convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. Building is older but met our needs. We would stay here again!

Perfect Spring break Retreat

Wonderful stay in Maui. Loved dinners and evenings on the Lanai. So close to local restaurants, stores. We saw turtles, whales, seals right from our lanai. Sunsets were 5-star!! We will definitely be coming back!!

Amazing location and view

This ocean-front property has an amazing view and, with the sliding doors open to the patio, we enjoyed the constant sound of the waves. During our two-week stay in February we also saw whales breaching almost every time we looked out at the ocean for more than a couple of minutes. It was clean and well furnished - though it lacks an oven. One of the best take-out fish restaurant's is across the street and nearby are large grocery and drug stores. Also important is that the owners are available and very responsive to questions and problems. I was a bit concerned that it is not air conditioned but found that the breezes from the ocean were more than adequate to keep it cool. The only negative we found was that the washer/dryers cost $2.75 each. We plan to return.

Vacation paradise

A friend and I stayed here for four weeks. We felt right at home. The condo was well equipped and comfy. The owners were immediately available for any and all questions. The beach was lovely. Nothing negative to say, except we were sorry to leave. Wonderful experience; I would gladly stay here again.

Perfect for our family vacation!

Thank you for sharing your Place in Paradise with us!! The location is perfect, we loved how quiet the complex is and we can’t get over the absolutely gorgeous view!! It never gets old! Wonderful place to stay

The condo itself was well furnished, good beds, kitchen had everything you could want. But, the most outstanding feature was the location. On the water, every afternoon we sit on the lanai and watch turtles feed on the reef less than 50 feet away. An easy walk 1 block to a market, coffee store and three excellent small restaurants / take out places. Although no beach sand on the property nice small beach park is right next door.

This is a nice property but what we liked most was the ocean-front aspect. It was great eating breakfast on the lanai while watching and listening to the surf.

Perfect place!

We had an amazing vacation and couldn't have been happier with the condo. The location is wonderful. The view from the lanai is stunning...we watched the beautiful sunset every night, and some rainbows too. We enjoyed the pool a few times and easy drives to local beaches, stores, Whaler's Village, and downtown Lahaina. Cannot beat having two bedrooms and two full bathrooms for a family of 4- plenty of room for all of us. Owners were quick to respond when we had some plumbing trouble and the issue was fixed right away. No complaints and would stay again in a heartbeat if we're ever lucky enough to get to Maui again!

Enjoyed our stay and the view, the only thing lacking was the air conditioning. We were not able to sleep well with the heat and the windows open to let more cross ventilation and us being visible to the hallway and anyone walking by.Unfortunately we will stay somewhere else with a/c and bedroom privacy.

Breathtaking view

If you want the best view in Maui look no further than this property! The unit was exactly as promised and was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The owner was incredibly communicative and very accommodating. We couldn't be happier with the location, experience, and memories made here. We will definitely be renting this unit again in the future! The winds off the ocean kept the whole place a perfect temperature the whole stay. No noise or other guest issues, and we could hear the ocean at all times. Super relaxing and perfect for what we hoped for.

Maui Magic

WOW! The view off the lanai is spectacular! Probably the best of any place we’ve ever stayed during our many trips to Maui. We absolutely loved having our coffee out there every morning while watching the waves. Polarized sunglasses are great for cutting the glare coming off the water to make it easier to see the turtles cruising by. Depending on the tide, it can be a bit challenging getting across the rocky beach area to play in the huge sandy bottom part the ocean just beyond, but grab your water shoes and you’ll be fine. And the pool is great as well. The condo itself was clean and comfortable and a great home base for our Maui adventures. Multiple grocery stores within walking distance make it super convenient to save some money by using the kitchen to eat in. We had a small issue with the screen door latch being a bit loose, but Elisabeth and Doug were super responsive and friendly, and got it taken care of quickly (thanks for bringing the delicious mango along with your screwdriver!!). We hope we get the chance to stay here again in the future. Thanks so much for sharing your awesome place!

Piece of Heaven

Had a great visit at this perfectly located condo on the water. The neighborhood was wonderful, shopping close by, great parking, and well maintained grounds. The beach in front is great for a relaxing swim, plenty of lawn chairs for lounging and the bbq area kept clean. Thank you Elisabeth for hosting such a treasure!

Aloha! My name is Douglas. I am a professional musician and Real Estate Broker here on Maui. Originally from Minnesota I came to Maui for a one week vacation ... that was 40 years ago!
I currently live in Lahaina with my wife Elisabeth who is from Austria.
We both love traveling and we enjoy spending time in places far away from home but we always love coming back to paradise.
The sound and the smell of the ocean are magical, the balmy air and sweet breezes are unmatched! We love Maui!
