House fit all 6 of my family members comfortably. In a good area. Lots of places to shop and eat right by us. Host was excellent with communication. Something I very much appreciated. In a quiet area. Our stay was pleasant.

Very convenient location

If you are looking for an upscale property in a fancy neighborhood, this is not for you. It is very convenient to where we wanted to go and was perfect for time away with grand kids. Very clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Will stay here again on our next trip down.

Very hospitable, great communication and extremely helpful.

We had great communication with the owner and was helpful and reached out checking if we needed anything. We had cad issuds and he was willing to accommodate. We definitely recommend the owner David and his place to stay.

This is what it is advertised. Was very quaint on the inside and comfy. Close to everything. Great price and David is wonderful and communicative. Will stay again for sure. Was a little nervous when i read reviews after i booked it, but they dont hold any water from what i saw.

The location was not the listing on the Internet, the pictures of the residence, are a complete lie, the inside of the house, didn’t look anything like the pictures on the Internet, There were ROACHES crawling throughout the house,no phone number to contact about the location, I WANT MY $$ BACK

Better than i expected

After reading the reviews i was a little nervous about staying at this place but when youre looking for a place in july in florida this was a really good value for me and my dog. It was convenient having a dog park just minutes away and during my stay i only saw one small dead roach outside the front door. Internet speed was really good and i absolutely loved the 70 inch tv in the master bedroom. My dog did have a small accident in his crate but was super easy to clean up since the whole place is tile. The back 2 bedrooms do seem a little odd since they're only accessible through the master bedroom but that didnt really matter for me. I can imagine it would be a little tight to fit two vehicles in the parking space but i had enough room for my f-150 truck. Would definitely stay here agin when I'm in the area.

Nasty!!!! BE WARNED...

Arrived 12a. After driving 15hrs to get there. Had orientation at a new job for 6a so it was straight to sleep, no unpacking "thank lord" just sleep, up and out!! Got back from the job that evening and switched on the lights and roaches were everywhere.. coming out of the oven, on the stove, crawling up the curtains. We could not stay there a minute longer. Took pictures and sent them in. We were put in a hotel that we had to pay for initially until we could get reimbursed which took over 2 weeks. We had already spoken to the owner before we arrived which, he assured us that the place was clean and bug free - one of the first questions that I asked before we drove 15 hrs. I was told he had stayed there with his family for over a month while they were renovating and had no issues.. Really!!! Also the neighborhood is rundown and looks unsafe. Definitely not a place to bring kids , especially with the guy who looks like a drug addict right next door on the same porch who keeps coming out asking for a cigarette. I don't give bad reviews but, i had to warn you all.. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!

An unpleasant experience that could have been fixed...

After driving 10 hours I was hopeful to relax, however upon arrival the home was in disarray and not cleaned from the previous tenants-the property owner acknowledged it was his fault - he offered to have it cleaned but then offered a the option of a 5th wheel trailer in a park of run down trailers. It was in an area that i did not feel safe to be in and my daughter in law agreed it was not a good area for a woman traveling alone to be staying in. It was not the property i had paid for. I then asked the owner to refund my money as i was alone and exhausted and i needed to book a hotel as both properties were not part of what was agreed to pay and by that time i was frustrated. He essentially stated that my feelings regarding feeling unsafe were not important in a rental situation and that he believes it is a safe area- regardless of the fact that it was not what i had booked because that property was not ready to be rented and may have still had someone staying there. The owner offered a refund of substantially less than half of what i paid, for something i did not stay in due to his oversight. I agreed to a refund less than what i paid so he wouldn't be out of his fees to VRBO and he declined- If the outcome was different and he refunded what he COULD have , minus his VRBO fees- I would not be here writing this review. Other reviews state he has many properties in many states, it saddens me he has taken advantage of a situation like this and has kept the funds.

We had the previous tenant extend at this VRBO and it was my fault I had not communicated with the cleaner about the cleaning, 22 of my properties are on another platform, only 2 are on VRBO, so when Lori arrived, it was not cleaned, I offered her a $110 one night refund in exchange for waiting 2 hours to get the property cleaned from my cleaners
 she happily agreed and because I felt bad I ALSO offered to let her stay in my large 35ft 5th wheel, also on another short term rental platform, that was 7 minutes away, so she would have a place to relax with AC, WiFi, and a TV until the place was ready
. At first, she said that she would be fine waiting and then finally accepted my offer to stay at the 5th wheel to wait
. 1 hour later Lori texts me “I don’t feel safe and want my money back
”.. I said which property, the one you booked is now ready, please let me know when you’re able to checkin and if you have any questions
. She didn’t respond for 2 days and then asked for her money back again
 VRBO cooperate ended up saying that a gust can’t ask for a refund because they don’t feel safe
. I’m so sorry I made the error of not having it cleaned because of a last minute change but I thought the the offer was more than fair
 sorry it didn’t work out and you decided my response was worth only a 1 star review

Home away from homeâ˜ș

I am now calling this wonder-full place my home away from home and even plan on returning next year. The hosts of the property were genuinely concerned that I had everything I needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen was fully stocked with the untensils and pots and pans and dishes I needed to cook my own meals. I stopped by the Publix market down the street before checking in. One thing I forgot to get was salt and pepper. I was very surprised when I opened the cabinet and there was not only 1 set of salt and pepper shakers but there were two sets!!! The only thing I needed to bring was the food to cook! The cute little home is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of room to park in the drive. There was a nice yard where I could spread out a blanket and enjoy the sunrise while I did my morning Yoga!â˜ș. The home was clean and stocked with all the supplies that I could possibly need including soaps, towels, and toilet paper. There were two flat screen TV's one in the living room and a giant one in the bedroom with plenty of channels to watch including HBO Max, Hulu and the Paramount Channel. The internet the property managers provided was quick as I had a lot of work to do that required an Internet connection. The place was cool and comfortable as there were 2 air conditioners, one for the front of the house as well as one in the back room. The queen size bed in the master bedroom was comfortable and made up with soft sheets and topped with a comfy sunflower comforterâ˜ș The whole place a cute sunflower homey decor that added to the enjoyment of my stay! It was a very easy check-in and my hosts even included a web book of the best places to eat as well as what to do!! I enjoyed my stay so much that I am planning another stay early next year!! I highly recommend!!!
