Welcome to Market Street Loft Dâ a stunning, spacious historic loft in the heart of downtown Galveston. Enjoy high lofted ceilings, oversized windows with views and a beautifully updated kitchen. The king size bed in the primary bedroom plus the full over full bunk bed nestled off the main living space comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. Whether youâre looking to spend time on The Strand, the beach, or a quick overnight before a cruise departure, this loft is the perfect home base for your trip. This is a historic building with early 20th century building materials and single-pane windows. Noise may be present.
â WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.
â Location: Historic Downtown area of Galveston, Texas, half mile from the cruise ship terminal.
â Beach Access: Less than a 5 minute drive to the beaches at the Seawall.
â Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.
â WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
â Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
â Parking: Free and paid street parking options on the streets surrounding the building.

Upon entering the building, you`ll ascend a set of stairs that lead to the main hallway. At the end of the hall, you`ll find Loft D, your private sanctuary.
Step inside and be captivated by the spacious open-concept living area, where the kitchen, dining, and living room seamlessly flow together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals, while the dining area offers a comfortable space to gather and share stories. In the living room, sink into the plush seating and unwind with a movie on the flat-screen TV, all while basking in the abundant natural light streaming through the large windows.
When it`s time to rest, retreat to the cozy bedroom, where a luxurious king-sized bed awaits, promising a restful night`s sleep. The loft also features a full-over-full bunk bed in the main living area, perfect for accommodating additional guests or children.

- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 5 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighborsâ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
