Nice hotel with easy access to the monorail to get to the LV convention center. The owner was nice and easy to work with.

Beautiful and Spacious

For the price and location you can't beat this stay! I was in town for a work conference and the accommodations were exactly what I needed. I absolutely loved having a functional balcony available to me as well after being inside most of the day. I highly recommend this property.

This condo was very clean, amazing view with a great balcony as well. We definitely enjoyed our time there and would recommend this condo for anyone looking for a place to stay while they are in Las Vegas.

Very nice place, including amenities. Had an issue with door lock, but host was very quick to resolve the issue. All communications were handled most professionally. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Las Vegas.

Sweet Penthouse Suite

The Suite was perfect for our stay. The kitchenette had everything we needed to make breakfasts instead of having to hunt down food first thing. Great views of the strip from the patio with a drink. Ashley let us know she was available to us should we need her, thanks Ashley.

Really enjoyed our stay Views were amazing as we have stayed there many times at the Signature Unfortunately the room was very unclean and very tired looking No breakfast pack No water as described int the app Did make the owner aware of these issues My concern was the damage to the furniture in the full apartment Needs brought up to a standard This just spoiled the shine of our holiday as the rest of the hotel was excellent

Great Place, Awesome host!

My stay here went as smooth as possible. Place is clean and neat. It has all the utilities that your would need for daily needs. This place has one of the best views in Vegas in my opinion at 30th floor. It is super close to strip and everywhere you would want to visit is basically walking distance. It is very clean, bed is super comfortable. Host is super friendly and helpful. My best Vrbo experince no doubt. I would recomend to everyone looking for a place to stay in Las Vegas.

Ashley's Penthouse at MGM Signature

I have stayed at the Signature before and this trip did not disappoint...Ashley has a penthouse on the 33rd floor with strip views off a great balcony. It is rare in Vegas to get a place with such massive space and a balcony with a view. Ashley met me there and the whole process was seamless. You also get access to all the MGM pools along with the private pool at your tower. Access is easy and if you are going to Top Golf it is a pitching wedge away.

Great Place. Highly recommended!

The place is beautiful, very clean, and comfy. You can tell the host puts a lot of effort into ensuring your needs are covered. There are more than enough bathroom supplies, sunscreen (what a wonder!), kitchen utensils, and more. The view from the balcony is wonderful! Honestly, we have no downsides to our stay there. We got a bit lost the first day since it is a little far from the parking to the Tower and you have to go into the MGM casino to actually get to the property. We texted Ashley, and she responded promptly with instructions. She was very friendly and always attentive! Looking forward to come back.

Quiet with great views

We had a great time here but there are things you should know before booking. It's off the Strip about 2 long blocks, so there is a bit of a walk either along the north side of the property or an inside walkway that connects to the MGM Grand. Either way isn't any longer than most walks through big resorts. There is no gambling here and very limited places to eat... almost entirely breakfast and coffee only. It's quiet here and the views are very good. I personally like the feel of a casino floor once you exit the elevators, but if you don't, then this is perfect.

Amazing Stay Near the MGM Grand with Spectacular Views!

We were on the hunt for a place in Las Vegas near the MGM that also offered a view of the Sphere, and we struck gold with this property! It checked every box on our list. Ashley, the host, was a dream to work with—always responsive and eager to help. Despite our late-night arrival and the extra delay with our luggage, Ashley waited for us patiently and greeted us with a warm smile well past midnight to hand over the key cards. The room exceeded our expectations in every way. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and the bathroom was enormous, complete with a luxurious jetted tub. The bed was comfortable, even by my picky standards. The balcony view was stunning, and watching the Sphere light up at night was a real treat. We also had access to the MGM pool, but I found it too crowded for my taste. Thankfully, the Signature pool was a serene escape, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. Overall, this property made our Las Vegas stay unforgettable. Highly recommend! Thank you Ashley!

Thanksgiving Visit

My work schedule had changed, and I decided to reserve lodging at the last minute to visit my family for Thanksgiving. I was very pleased with what I had received for this amazing deal. As soon as I secured accommodation, I was in communication with the Property Manager (Ashely). Ashely really made me feel comfortable with the arrangements. She explained everything to me and ensured I understood both the rules of the agreement as well as the hotel policies. Ashley was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. Booking was a breeze and hassle free. (58-year-old male, with little to no computer or technical expertise) Once my room was booked and confirmed, I shortly received an email and then a personal follow up to ensure everything was correct. Prior to my stay I then was provided with a reminder as a courtesy. Upon checking in, I felt extremely confident as Ashley had prepared me with everything I needed to know regarding the hotel. The room was pleasant and just perfect for my family size. The location was SPPECTALAR and exactly what we needed for this Thanksgiving holiday. The room was clean and anything I could have wanted was there already. To stay, relax, and unwind was what I asked for, and absolutely what I received. Upon check out, Ashley reached out as a farewell and wished me safe travels. I felt as if this mini vacation was much more special with the personalization for Ms. Ashley. 10/10 Thank you!!

Everything was excellent, communication with property manager, snacks and drinks left in fridge, the layout and the size, comfort of bed. The place was clean enough. Only minor comment, not even a complaint, is the carpet looks like it needs a shampoo or replacement. I would stay here again!
