Chalet en copropriété au bord du lac Clearwater

Magnifique condo au bord du lac sur le lac Clearwater (3200 acres). Ce condo est situé à environ 40 pieds de la rive du lac sur une péninsule entre deux lacs avec vue sur les deux lacs. Voir le lever du soleil sur un lac et regarder le coucher du soleil sur l'autre lac tout en étant assis sur la balançoire du porche du pont.

Cadre boisé paisible. Asseyez-vous et détendez-vous, écoutez les huards et observez la faune, les poissons (été et hiver), le golf à proximité ou profitez des nombreuses possibilités de shopping uniques à Annandale, du grand centre commercial d'Albertville ou de nombreux centres commerciaux à Minneapolis, y compris le Mall of America.

Le marché aux puces du samedi matin est un incontournable pour tous. Trouvez la bonne affaire du jour (antiquités et objets neufs), achetez des légumes frais, dégustez des mini-beignets, des corn-dogs, du maïs-marmite, du fromage en grains ou déjeunez dans l'ancienne cabane rouge. De nombreux restaurants gastronomiques dans la région. Pêcher le doré, l'achigan, les crabiers, le crapet-soleil ou le brochet. Les chasseurs de canards ont refuge à l'automne. Les petits enfants peuvent profiter de l'aire de jeux et de la plage de sable ou passer la journée à la piscine et attraper les rayons. Foyers disponibles pour le feu de camp du soir.

Loved the stay, the old cabin feel was great, the beach was right there, the neighbors who mostly all own the condos connected were all friendly and welcoming. Cabin was stocked with essentials as noted. The lake and dock was wonderful. Cabin was a little dusty, but overall very happy with the stay!

Kid friendly and great location

The kids loved the pool and playing with other guests. The fishing was wonderful. The condo had more space than we expected and everything that we needed.

Family-friendly stay

The cabin has access to great family-friendly facilities: a pool, a small lakeside beach, and a dock. The cabin was clean and cozy. The host was very communicative and the check-in/out process was very smooth. Although the cabin doesn't come with beach tools, pontoons can be rented from across the lake.

Great Condo on the Lake

This was our third stay. There were some new upgrades to the unit since our last (new windows, single room AC unit, and TV). These were nice amenities, but we keep returning for the location on the lake and quiet setting. A relaxing stay again!

Thanks for the review. Glad you returned for the third time. That's great. Yes, I've been working on replacing stuff. New windows, new smart TV, new vent hood over the oven and new AC. Stuff just wears out. Next for upgrade over the winter is the oven. I can't upgrade the atmosphere, the peacefulness or the views. That's natures job. Thanks again!

Wonderful property and beautiful scenery

Owner contacted us immediately and gave information on our stay. Beautiful scenery and accomodations. We rented a pontoon from Charter Rentals in Annandale and easily parked it at the dock, weather was great for our stay . Overall had a fantastic time.

Amazing place on the lake

This place was perfect! Enjoyed the views on the deck. Lots of room for a party of 6! Boat dock spot for a rental pontoon from nearby!! Some of the best fishing I have had in a long time!!!

Beautiful Lake Location

A nice on a gorgeous lake with wonderful fishing. Communication with property owner with any questions and concerns were resolved quickly. Condo is rustic as advertised and suited our needs. I would definitely return again.

Still a Perfect Condo on the Lake

This is the second time we stayed at the condo, and our experience was as smooth as our last stay. The hosts were responsive, check-in and out was a breeze, and we had everything we needed for our stay. We could not ask for a better location on the lake!

Very Comfortable Great Stay!

Were there visiting family and meeting with a builder. Served our needs well. Would be nice if towels were provided so we wouldn't have to bring them on the plane.

Great Place to stay for family vacation!

We were very happy with the accommodations provided. The pool is close and Great Lake view from the deck. I love to cook and I had all the necessary utensils, pots, pans to cook for our family. We made awesome family memories there. I am hoping we can come back again next year! The owners were very responsive and helpful.
