The Eddy Out is definitely the place to enjoy making memories with your family and friends. This spacious three bedroom home is located in the heart of Brevard, just walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the local Farmer's Market.

With room for up to six guests, you will find the inviting design lends itself to an extremely relaxing time. We also offer kayak storage and locking storage for bicycles.

The house located on a quiet street but within a few blocks of downtown. Great location if you’re interested in being able to walk to most of downtown. House is older, but still comfortable.

Awesome Weekend at The Eddy

The Eddy is as advertised. Check in was seamless. Well stocked home with a marvelous outdoor area and an easy walk to downtown Brevard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Spacious home near the heart of Brevard

Wonderful property, great location, fantastic hosts! This was the perfect place for our family with a toddler, within walking distance to shops, cafes and playgrounds. Check in and check out was quick and easy. We'll definitely come back in the future if we can!

This was a great house for our family. It was very close to the shops and food downtown. My mother in law has some mobility issues and the house was easy for her to navigate. Thanks for a great weekend trip!

Location was PRIME!

We stayed three nights and were very impressed with all of the amenities at the property. Location was prime to downtown. Walked to the farmers market and into town several times for shopping and meals. The house was comfortable and clean. Hope we can stay again!

Brevard-Close to everything

Great house on a very quiet private street. Very easy walking distance to downtown Brevard's restaurants and art galleries. Nice open and roomy spaces. Lots of elbow room . One to measure others by. Has a sister rental right beside for larger group needs.

Great Location!

This place is super convenient to downtown Brevard. We loved walking to get coffee and tea in the mornings and afternoons. Also, the house is a great layout for a family with teens. The upstairs provides plenty of room for them to game without disturbing the adults. If you like extra firm beds, this place delivers!

Cozy setting, great location

The house was absolutely perfectly located for our family. Had three kids under 10. We could walk to downtown easily, kids could play at the playgound next door and be called in for dinner and fire! The house is very spacious. Mostly older kids games like puzzles and boardgames. The kitchen is dated and maybe a bit limited for extensive meals in, but you are close to anything you want in town, so it's not hard to give up. Would definitely stay again.

Prime location!

This home is in a great location! Easy walk to restaurants, shopping and farmer’s market! Very comfortable and well stocked. Communication with property host was quick and easy—check in and check out were a breeze! Only downside was kitchen was not cleaned before our arrival—lots of crumbs on counter and coffee spills. Lots of big flies also. Still had a great stay—house was perfect for our family of 3!

Easy Location

Great place to stay! Close to downtown, easy access to surrounding activities. House was well stocked -- a pleasant surprise! Things like an umbrella and shampoo. Spacious interior and quiet side street. Loved the master suite. There was a hiccup with getting the access code at check in but the property manager was quite responsive. House could use more through cleaning between guests but other than that it was great.
