Récemment rénové Rare Oceanfront 1 Bedroom Escape - Downstairs Apt Weekly

Entièrement rénové - Tout neuf - Une chambre complète, une salle de bain avec cuisine complète en bas, sous la maison du propriétaire. Face à l'océan sur la plage. Chaleur et air. Tout est meublé sauf la nourriture et les serviettes de plage. Les locataires ont accès à une grande terrasse à l'étage directement au bord de l'océan à moins de 10 marches de la plage. Une partie du pont est couverte.
Pour deux adultes seulement, NON FUMEUR, PAS D'ANIMAUX.

Les lits jumeaux peuvent être combinés en King, il suffit de demander.

Vous ne pouvez pas voir l'océan depuis l'intérieur de l'appartement mais pouvez sur le pont - à seulement 25 pas de l'océan depuis l'appartement.

Nice place to stay if you’re a hobbit. Very clean. Definitely close to the beach, which is only 45-50 steps away. VERY small rooms with 6 1/2 foot ceilings throughout. Not for anyone even mildly claustrophobic or over 6 feet tall.

Excellent location and nice for 1 or 2. Apartment is dark and bathroom has a louvered door (limited privacy) and wobbly awkward throne toilet. The refrigerator never got cold even though the temperature was mild (under 70). Otherwise, kitchen was well equipped. The screen porch was nice and a hose and tub were available for rinsing sandy feet.

Great location, a nice walk to the Coots restaurant. Perfect size rental for two.

Had a great time, the rental was very nice. Great view and just a walk out back to the beach. Made for a nice morning beach walk to Coots for breakfast or evening walk for a drink to watch the moon rise.

Perfect little apartment. Steps from the beach.

I enjoyed my stay at the little apartment! It was so nice to be just steps away from the beach. Steve and Betty Llew are wonderful hosts and they did everything they could to make the stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay there again. Bed was very comfy.

A piece of heaven

My husband and I had a wonderful stay last week in the apartment. It was perfect for a couples getaway. The beach was so close! Just up 5 steps and there you are! The beach was beautiful and quiet for a week in July. The hosts were great and very friendly. We plan on making this a yearly trip for us!

Beat place to stay on Edisto Beach!!

Everything was well taken care of. The restaurants were accessible & staff was friendly. The Sanders are lovely people. Going sightseeing anywhere beyond Edisto beach required a long drive, though.

Great Little Getaway

It was a cozy little place to stay with access to porch and deck to watch the ocean and be out of the sand and rain when necessary. Beds were very comfortable! Convenient to everything. Host was fabulous!
