Beautiful lawn in an Adirondack setting with charcoal grill, gas grill and outside firepit. Walking distance to the Lone Bull restaurant (breakfast) Just minutes away from Diamond Point Grill, and other great eateries. Private setting for just the getaway you are looking for. Just 5 minutes from the Lake George Village, restaurants, shops, outlets, and the Million Dollar Beach. A cozy cute cabin in the woods. Great location between Lake George and Bolton Landing. Perfect for my husband and me and our pup. Beautiful hiking and biking near by. Easy communication with our host. More to see in the area so we’ll be back.

Diamond Point neighborhood is a great place to be on Lake George. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom are problematic for older lodgers but works well with it's own half bath for those fit enough for the climb up and down. The home is well-kept and very comfortable for a weekend getaway.

Cabin for the weekend

We had a great stay in the cabin! It’s very charming and rustic, which is what we wanted for an ADK weekend getaway. Everything was perfect.

Nice place, okay maintenance

House matched all the pictures and was a pleasant and very cozy cabin. Had a snow storm come through during our stay and while the main roads were maintained and drivable (with AWD) the private road where this is located was plowed only once, and now well. At least a couple inches covered the road and ice was allowed to form on top as no salt was put down. Snow stopped Sunday night and even by Monday morning, the road was in the same state (while the main road was completely cleared). Would’ve been trapped in the house all weekend if it weren’t for some very risky driving and sliding up and down the hill of snow and ice that was the driveway. Given the price of a stay, better property upkeep and a larger TV in the main space (larger than 32”) are required. Still would recommend a stay.

Summer 2024

We had a wonderful stay. The property is located about half way between Bolton Landing and Lake George Village making it easy to explore both. Would recommend and we will come visit again.

Cabin in the woods

The Adirondacks decor was nicely done. The stairs were extremely steep. I know I read it in the description but had no idea that it could be like that. Once you reached the top there was a step down to the bedroom which I feel was unsafe. There should be yellow tape on that step down. It was dark up there.

Wonderful family time away!

My family of five had a great long weekend at Lake George. We loved the cabin and location. Having only stayed in Lake George village prior to this trip, I enjoyed being in Diamond Point, so close to the village but a lot quieter. The location was perfect for visiting Bolton Landing as well. We knew ahead of time about the steep stairs; definitely wouldn't be advisable for younger children or older folks. The one shower is tight; was fine for us but something to keep in mind before booking. Thank you for a great trip and being accommodating! It's wonderful when pets can come along too :)

Cozy Cabin!

This was a lovely little getaway. Everything was cute, rustic, and clean. The cabin is small and cozy. When we had questions (there was a discrepancy about fireplace instructions) the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Glad we read the listing thoroughly and saw we had to bring our own shampoo/soap/etc. Also, as stated, the stairs to the upstairs master bedroom are steep. The cabin is very close to downtown Lake George with yummy restaurants, and about a half hour drive from skiing at Gore Mountain. A lovely weekend getaway! Would love to come back in the warmer months and spend time on the sweet balcony soaking up the mountain view :) Thank you for everything! Alison

Idyllic place within short distance of everything

Great place to stop if you want to explore Lake George! Close to boats and restaurants, but still quiet.

Cozy and beautiful

This was a quaint, cozy, and beautiful home. It was just perfect for what we needed. The views were stunning in the snow and was easy to access. The hosts were responsive and awesome!!!!!! Definitely would rent here again!!!!!!
