Cozy home with dining area, bar area, island, bright kitchen for cooking and prepping meals with a large kitchenette/bar in downstairs living area with pool table. The house was spacious, beautiful and exceptional. The location was unbelievably beautiful. Getting to run down to the lake and jump in was sooo cool. Loved it!!

What a beautiful house to spend the week on the lake. There was plenty of room for everyone and was equipped with everything we needed to just relax and play in the water. Jennifer was a responsive and gracious host. Our family really enjoyed the easy access to the water and the provided water toys ( lily pad, kayaks and paddle board.) I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and will stay again.

Beautiful!

We had a wonderful stay at Beaver Lake! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful as well as the lake. The kayaks, paddle board and lilly pad was loved by everyone in our group, especially the kiddos! The house was comfortable and we had plenty of room for everyone. Planning another trip to the area soon!

Beaver Lake girls trip

Beautiful house with a great view of the lake. Loved being able to walk down to hang out and enjoy the water. Also took a nice 4 mile hike at Hobbs State Park which was a short drive. Loved it!!

Beautiful water front house

We had an amazing family gathering for our daughter’s wedding in northwest Arkansas. The family loved the house and access to Fayetteville, Rogers, and Bentonville. Jennifer is a fantastic host and provided a fun list of local activities and places to visit.

2nd stay with host and their property

We stayed at the sister property last year and loved it. It was a no brainer to come back this year. Smaller group so stayed at the other house a few doors down. I think we’ve found a yearly destination. Can’t say enough great things!

Weekend boating getaway

This property had everything you could ask for including beach, dock access (not overnight), backed into a beautiful cove. The house was clean and spacious and the host was friendly and very helpful! Thank you for the hospitality!

Overall Nice Place to stay with Water Access. Enjoyed a couple days relaxing in the cove on floaties, a couple days boating and day at Sassafras Winery. The Kitchen is well equipped with anything you would need to prepare a meal. The Owners are nice and very prompt at addressing any issues that may arise.

Great lakefront property!

This is an amazing property with amazing owners. The communication was top notch and they were very reactive to our questions and requests. The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances, but I did need a step stool (provided) to use the microwave. The pool table was well used during our stay and we were happy to find all the pieces necessary to play many games. The views off the deck are great of the lake. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Gorgeous view and property.

We went to Beaver Lake to celebrate my wife's birthday with our college age kids and their significant others. The house was beautiful and well maintained. The lake was gorgeous and we enjoyed kayaking and paddleboarding. Watching the sunrise while drinking coffee on the patio was heavenly. And it was a full moon while we were there and we had beautiful views of the full moon rising and reflecting on the lake. The host, Jennifer was very responsive when I texted with a question. Thank you Jennifer for making our family birthday celebration so special.

We had a wonderful time. The home was very clean and comfortable to stay in. We loved that it was just a few steps from the lake. We were able to walk right down to the boat we rented. Definitely needs some work on the outdoor stairs and handrails.

Family vacation at Beaver Lake

Our stay at this property was great! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the deck was a perfect place for a morning cup of coffee. Jennifer was a super host and answered any questions I had so quickly. We look forward to staying there again!

Family get away
