Lagoon Life - private dock and firepit

*There is a 4-night minimum rental requirement from the end of June to Labor Day*

Enjoy all that this charming house has to offer with the lagoon right in your backyard. Lay out on the hammock, chill by the firepit or BBQ on the deck. Have fun on the water with the paddleboards / kayaks or take a bike ride out into the nature preserve. You can also bring your own boat or jet ski right up to the private floating dock. The dock is also a great spot for fishing and crabbing.

There is only 1 TV in the house.....get out and enjoy life.

Linens and towels are included in the price.

Amazing waterfront stay

The pictures don’t do this house justice! I took my 4 kids (12-17) and we were all very comfortable. Fionan was very responsive throughout the booking process and all the way through the trip. A couple things not mentioned and/or not obvious in the listing: There are beach chairs, bikes, paddle boards that have attachable seats so they can be used as kayaks, a hammock, a fire pit and a fire table, great grill, crab traps. Linens and towels (and beach towels) are included. The street was quiet, my kids were safe paddling in the bay, not a lot of boat traffic. WE LOVED IT!

Pleasant area and nice property

My college friend and I stayed for a long weekend. We had a blast crabbing, fishing, and grilling. We also went on some nice hikes at nearby state parks, and enjoyed some local restaurants nearby (I recommend Sunset Seafood, it is BYOB but excellent). This property is modern, spacious, had all the amenities you would hope for in a waterfront house. I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful home!

My wife and three small children recently stayed at this beautiful property and could not have been more pleased. Fionan was extremely accommodating and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Ultimate vacation house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is really beautiful and well appointed inside and out. All around this was a great getaway weekend. Would really like to come back to enjoy the area and local activities also. Thank you Fionan!

Great Stay!

We had a great experience overall. Fionan let us check in early, which was a great start to the week. House was nicely decorated, super cute fixtures! Rental came with 3 paddle boards we used all week. Kitchen was perfect for entertaining. We ate at Panini Bay one night for dinner, not to far away. Dockside was also a cool little hangout with a bar and a band. Some things to note: if you bring a boat, not much space for the trailer. Unless you park it in driveway and plan to park on street. Beds are a little small and not super comfortable. And the water pressure could use some adjusting. All minor things. Would highly recommend and we’ll be back!
