The house is a triplex and all units are listed for rental. This is the Guest Suite Unit C behind the carport at the west wing side, with the entrance of double door faced to south.
Beautifully updated Old Katy home loaded w/ modern conveniences & exquisite finish-out on a recently* landscaped œ-acre lot.
Super easy access to I-10/Grand Parkway! Minutes to Katy Mills, Hermann Hospital, West Methodist Hospital, Waterpark, H Mart, Costco and tons of restaurants. In-N-Out is just 0.5 mile away!
The space
Fully equipped kitchen and Large back yard with patio, seating and table, and outdoor kitchen with BBQ, opportunities for recreation.
You will own 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, new kitchen, living area and dining area. Kingsize bed with comfortable mattress and chaise lounge gives you fully relax and wonderful sleep!
This is a guest suite attached to the house. It has designated parking area - inside of the driveway gate, in front of the carport. Please do not block the access walkway to both Unit B and Unit C.

Enter the driveway gate at the west side of the building, through carport you will find a double door of this UNIT C. Access the unit with the code sent to you before you check in.

Great cozy place!!

Small studio like with 1 bedroom and all necessary amenities within reach. It as a king size bed and as queen size bed in the living room. Can fit 4-5 people but it was only my mother and I visiting family. Full kitchen with dishes, utensils and coffee and toaster. We only cooked breakfast. Great place and very quiet. Only suggestion is to change the bathroom curtain and add a soap dish, but overall very clean

Pros and Cons

The property had not been cleaned when I arrived at 10pm. I sat on the sofa while the property was cleaned but wasn't offered anything other than an apology. Then after checkout I was sent a pic of "stained" bedding and charged 89. The only possibility is lotion and I find it hard to believe it wouldn't have washed out. I asked for pics after the bedding was washed but received no response other than the charge to my cc.Pros-wifi, iron, hairdryer, big fluffy towels, big shower, good water pressure, nice kitchen, very quiet.Cons-no closet for hanging clothes, no ironing board, no broom, nothing in shower for soap or toiletries, the door always took several tries to unlock, the bedroom ac remote didn't always work, the bathroom was off the kitchen and the curtains were sheer and didn't cover the entire sliding glass doors, the bathroom smelled like a port-a-jon, there is a gate between the road and parking pad that had to be opened and closed manually.

The property was very clean and in a great location for our trip. I did have a couple of things that were not great for us. The bathroom. The toilet has a motor that is incredibly loud every time you flush. (My son hates loud noises so it was alarming the first time). Also after flushing, there's a sulfur smell that comes through the sink. The shower heats up nicely, but the water doesn't drain very well, so you are standing in some water - not enough to go over the edge though. The kitchen was clean, but the stove did not work consistently for us. It's gas (which I love) and the burner would light, but not remain consistent. There were not a ton of pans to choose from, but there were a couple. We didn't plan to cook every meal there, but we were hoping to do breakfast and only did the first day because of this. Overall, clean property and located in a great spot for us, but I don't think I'd stay there over a hotel or another property next time.
