Excellent stay!!!

Lovely place with a beautiful patio in the centre of Zandvoort! Everything is at walking distance and being in the patio feels like your’re in Italy or Spain. Very friendly owner and her presents for my wedding made our stay even more special. I would definitely come back!!!

We had a very good and relaxing time. Unfortunately the toilet leaked and we had some aunts. But everything else was clean. For Zandvoort conditions is the cabin a good opportunity to spend a short vacation.

Tiny little House with Garden

Jophies Cabin is a beautiful, small Apartment. The apartment shares a cozy garden with another apartment. The host was very friendly. If you are not traveling as a couple, be careful, there is only one duvet. The apartment was clean, had a smartTV, coffee machine... Everything you need.

All in all it was a pleasant experience.

When we checked in, we discovered that the warm water unit was broken, so we contacted the SmilingHost. They were super friendly and we even got a new Studio to stay in. We were positively surprised. The location of the Studio is perfect. Everything is within the reach. We will come back.

the shower doors fell on me while taking a shower, the door rollers were disintegrated, they must have been defective for a long time; the hot water would only last 5minutes, not enough for 2 persons to take a shower. although the bed was a full size, it had something in the middle and it was slopped towards the edges, very uncomfortable. aside from that, the location was great.

A great cabin close to the beach !

I had a lovely stay at Jopie's Cabin, been welcomed with a bottle of wine on the table, how sweet ! Very clean, and all you need is provided. An agency is in charge of the maintenance of the cabin, very easy to communicate and they have been helping me always very quick when needed. Some down parts : the heater is linked to the main house and when it's off, you have to contact the agency so they can ask the owner to turn it back on. Same for the electricity, the power went off so I had to wait for the owner to turn it back on as you can't do it from the cabin. In my case, it went all very fine as the owner was there and the agency been very quick contacting them (within 20 min max). I imagine that if the owner is away, then it can become a problem especially in winter ! I enjoyed as well the terrace in front of the cabin where you can sit, relax and it is really quiet !

Durchgängige, starke bis unerträgliche Geruchsbelästigung ausgehend vom Duschraum wegen unzureichender Belüftung. Die letzten drei Tage kam dann noch ein unerträglicher Gestank von hinter der Küchenzeile dazu.

Klein, aber ausreichend.

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß. Es war alles da, was man so braucht. Praktisch ist sicher die Küche mit dem Kühlschrank. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war allerdings nicht sehr gut. Es gab eine völlig lose Boden Leiste zwischen dem Badezimmer und dem Hauptraum. An dieser Leiste sind wir mehrmals barfuß gestolpert. Klar, ist das nicht schlimm, aber toll ist das auch nicht. Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig und müffelt sehr nach Feuchtigkeit. Es gibt keine richtige Möglichkeit das Zimmer durchzulüften. Im Badezimmer und im Hauptraum geht das Fenster nicht zu öffnen. Am Bett gab es ein Fenster, welcher zur Hälfte aufzuschieben ging, aber schlafen konnte man dann erst recht nicht. Zum Lüften gab es nur die Möglichkeit die Tür offen stehen zu lassen. Preis-Leistung war dementsprechend nicht optimal. Die Lage des Zimmers war optimal und danke für den Parkplatz-Tip. Jetzt, wo ich weiß in welchem Zustand das Zimmer vermietet wird, würde ich es so nicht mehr buchen. Es entspricht nicht dem angebotenen Preis. Sorry. Der Kontakt an sich und die Organisation, sprich, das gesendete Video per WhatsApp, wie man die Wohnung findet usw. war super gut. Zandvoort ist sehr schön und es macht immer wieder Spaß hierhin zu reisen.

Charmantes Guesthouse mit einer tollen mediterranen Terasse.

Wir hatten einen schöne Zeit in Jopies Guesthouse (Jopies Cabine). Das eigene Zimmer mit angrenzendem Bad ist klein aber fein. Die tolle Terasse lädt zum Frühstücken und Sonnenbaden ein. Jopies Guesthouse liegt in einer süßen, kleinen & ruhigen Straße im Centrum von Zandvoort an Zee. Alles (Strand, Centrum, Geschäfte, Bahnhof... ist Fußläufig zu erreichen. Amsterdam Central ist mit dem Zug in 30min zu erreichen. Ein kleines Manko ist das Bad, dieses könnte sauberer sein und so wie die Cabine besser gelüftet. Ansonsten war alles super. Jopies Guesthouse eignet sich perfekt für einen Kurztrip oder verlängertes Wochenende in Zandvoort an Zee.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Jopie's Kabine. Optimale Lage, 5 Minuten zum Strand und gleichzeitig sehr zentral. Idyllischer Innenhof mit netten Sitzgelegenheiten. Würden jederzeit wieder in Jopie's Kajüte zurückkehren.
