Sie bietet ein fantastisches Bergpanorma über den Nationalpark Berchtesgaden mit Watzmann, Königssee und die umliegenden Berge, ins Zenterum von Berchtesgaden sind es dennoch nur 5 Fahr-Minuten. Die 75 qm Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock und verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, einem Süd-West Balkon mit Traumaussicht, 2 separaten Schlafzimmern mit Balkonzugang, ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit Panoramafenster, sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Esstisch. Der Parkpaltz befindet sich direkt am Haus.
