Modern updated 5 bedroom, 3 bath home. 2 living rooms with separate spaces. Can have adults on one floor, kids on another. Every room has a Smart flat screen TV. Tiled walk in showers, beautiful kitchen. Very open floor plan. Can walk to the beach or the intercoastal waterway. Restaurants, surf shops, etc are all within walking distance. Rocking chair front porch and large deck for family gatherings. Units do not connect internally. Exterior stairs. Large fenced back yard with Gazebo and hot tub. Rocking chair covered front porch and large rear deck. Great for multi-generation stays and multi-family stays. Ground level for those that require easy access and 2 separate living spaces if you want adults and children together or separated.

Great rental

Very clean and comfortable, plenty of extra blankets and pillows, easy for a large group to stay. Nice to have so many boogie boards and beach towels.

Annual Family Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our first visit to Oak Island and this house was perfect for our family of nine. Having two separate levels was a nice feature. The toys and games for the children were excellent and appreciated. We also appreciated the beach chairs and hot tub after an active day on the beach. The house is centrally located to many places. The landlords are very helpful and responsive.

Great for families and groups

The home was as advertised. Great open area for groups on the main floor with the bonus of the living space down stairs. Updated and clean with essentials provided. The kitchenette downstairs was a big bonus for varied wake up times. The beach chairs and beach towels were a nice bonus. My only suggestion would be mattress upgrades. Depending on group size, we would definitely stay again.

perfect for a large family and plenty of room

Great house for a family of 15! We also had plenty of room to have other friends over for meals that stayed nearby. Everything was as described. Kitchen was well stocked for our needs and space was great overall. Kid friendly items throughout the house. All issues (very minor ones) were immediately addressed by the hosts, and they were very responsive to all of our questions. We highly recommend!

Great house

It worked very well for us! One family of five stayed downstairs and the remaining 7 of us were upstairs. Therefore we could all be together upstairs for meals and family time. Plenty of space. New appliances and modern decor. The only reason for less than 5 stars was the distance to the beach was further than expected - approximately 15 minutes. We loved the house and would definitely stay again.

Yearly OKI Famil Beach Trip

The house was perfect with mostly older kids. They loved having their area downstairs to hang out without the parents at times. :) The location was perfect. Boys rode their bikes all over. Just takes a few minutes by car or golf cart to get to a beach access. Lots of bath towels which was so nice. We only had 9 people staying so it had a lot of room. Great communication and enjoyed talking back and forth with the owners.

This has been a labor of love. Truly a one of a kind. Not just renovated, but renovated with style, sparing no expense. Granite countertops, tile flooring in bathrooms along with tiled showers. Large enough for a family reunion but with a cozy feel. Everything you will need at your fingertips. Everything you may want to do is also within walking distance. )(Shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, grocery stores)

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Sleeps 15 without anyone on a pull out couch. Large yard for hanging out or playing beach games. 2 Story home that allows several configurations for your stay. Put the kids downstairs and the adults upstairs. Tv's in every room and 75 inch flat screens in both living areas. One up and one down. Have senior beachgoers with you. Set them up downstairs with not steps to climb. Multiple families can beach together but settle in for the night hanging out together or staying in separate areas. It really will fit any situation you may have.
