On the UTV/ATV Trail & a 3 Lake Chain! “The Loons Nest” w/A/C and WiFi!

“The Loons Nest” You will hear the loons singing just about every night!! The cabin is right on Fisher Lake, which is a full rec lake of 441 acres! The chain is close to 1000 acres and has three lakes to explore! The cabin was just extensively remodeled.

As you relax in the living room, open the sliding doors enjoy the warm breeze and sounds of the lake. The smell of fresh pine can be taken in throughout the air. The large kitchen allows you to cook up any desires, or if you choose, you can take the boat to Island View Lodge and grab a bite to eat, enjoy the bar or refuel the boat or atv’s. If that’s not what you want take a short drive into town there’s plenty of stores and shops. Lots of knickknacks to buy at the Wampum Shop! The parents get the bedroom and it has a queen-sized bed with a closet and dresser. The kids or other adults stay in a bunk bed with a long twin up top and a long full-sized futon on the bottom. That is located in the living room with a lakeview, and the couch is also a futon to sleep anyone else. The space total is 850 sf. The cabin is centered around having fun and enjoying time together. The bathroom has a tub/ tile shower, and lots of storage for towels and clothes. And a washer and dryer for any dirty clothes.The ATV trail is right down the road so bring your toys!

There is a pier for your boat.

I have a small rowboat, paddleboat and canoe there for your use. It’s Included with the rental!

There is plenty of driveway space for a truck and trailer.

The fishing is excellent here. We have landed many walleyes, pike, musky, large and smallmouth bass, and of course, crappie! There’s also panfish galore so everyone can win😜!

In the north woods there’s plenty of mosquitoes so be sure to bring some OFF and other repellents you may need.

Peace and quiet!
If you want to be out somewhere quiet, this is the place! The drive from Mercer is a bit slow but well worth it. The deer will walk with in feet of you with little fear. The lake is beautiful also. The cabin itself is exactly what you see in the pictures.

Had a wonderful time property manager answered all questions in a timely fashion and the cabin was perfect tons of wildlife my wife had a doe and fawn walk up to the cabin porch every morning would highly recommend again

Enjoy the peace and quiet of the Northwoods with all the comforts of home
The newly renovated cabin is a beautiful place to enjoy the Northwoods. It is fully equipped, clean and has comfy beds and linens. The view of the lake is spectacular with beautiful sunsets. Loved sitting on the new deck and watching the very friendly deer, chipmunks and hummingbirds. The owner was wonderful to work with answering my questions within minutes of asking. This is a 5 star place to stay.

I grew up loving our family cabin. My grandparents had one on High Lake, and our family went up there yearly. Tough times hit the family, and we needed to sell it. Since then, I have been trying to fulfill my dream of having a cabin on the lake, "Like everyone else." I’m married to a loving wife, and we share two daughters as of this writing 2022 one is 14 and the other is 5. I'm currently serving in the United States Air Force. I've been in 10 years, and I work as an HVAC technician. I graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Degree in Sociology. I currently live in Vegas and look forwards to my time here every year. I'm excited to share this place, and I hope others can create memories and have long-lasting experiences here. The purpose of the rental is to help offset some of the upgrade cost and offer it to people seeking a modern cabin on a sweet lake with space to move around. Mercer is a unique location that's still behind in the times, which is nice to not always be around the hustle and bustle. Anyway, thank you for your support, and I hope you continue to come back and build memories with your families.
