A beautiful place, on a beautiful piece of land. Friendly owners that keep the place up very well. Close to all the things you want to see in Sweetwater. We would highly recommend staying here.

What a great place! We felt relaxed as soon as we got there. David gave us recommendations for local places to visit and eat.This location is centrally located to all the places we planned to visit. The home had everything we needed to live and eat there. We enjoyed feeding the horses apples.

Perfect weekend getaway spot

We loved staying at this apartment. The bed was comfortable and everything we needed was there. It was close to The Lost Sea and the downtown area. The property was so pretty and we enjoyed feeding the horses. I would definitely stay here again.

Very relaxing!

Hubs and I visited for Valentine’s Day weekend. This property is stunning!! It was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Not far from some really good restaurants, and step outside to pet the horses and sheep. Lovely stay!

Excellent! and the best perk was being able to walk around the property farm and see and pet their horses, see several bird nests, bunny rabbits, and beautiful landscapes through their high hills. The place was clean and very spacious with all amenities. Highly recommend if you want to be surrounded by nature and peacefulness.

Relaxing on the Ranch

Enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset in the rolling hills of Sweetwater, TN. Property owners were very nice and enjoyed staying in the quiet, clean and comfortable studio apartment beside the stable. Would definitely vacation there again.

Why pay much more for a hotel when you can get a place like this for less a day. If you have a trailer, boat anything and everything is safe on this property.

Beautifully landscape and organized property. Was a relaxing and calming stay. The horses and goats full of charm and character- quite fun to watch! The accommodations have just the right amount of amenities that would satisfy most. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

Fabulous getaway

Our stay was wonderful. The property was perfect to get away from the city and enjoy the sounds of the country. We loved watching the baby goats, feeding the horses and waking around the homestead. David and Wendy were perfect hosts giving privacy but being there if anything was needed. Highly recommend a stay here! Hope we can return sometime.
