Of course, one of the best things about Kings Creek is its location. This estate is located just 0.1 miles away from one of the biggest water parks in the area: Water Country USA. It is also 4 miles away from Busch Gardens and surrounded by multiple grocery stores and shops. The resort is in prime position to allow guests easy access to the rich colonial history that has made this area so famous. Colonial Williamsburg, Historic Yorktown, and the Jamestown Settlement are all within close proximity of the resort.

ABOUT THE SPACE:

Estates features include pillow top mattresses, decks, jetted tubs in all master bedrooms, fireplace, in-suite washer / dryer, available Wi-Fi, flat screen cable TV with DVD player in living room, TVs in all bedrooms, private decks with chairs. And barbecue grills in picnic area.

The Estates kitchens include top-grade stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Small amenities include linens and towels, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, clock radio, phones and vacuum sweeper.


Frequently Asked Questions

Can I check-in early and/or check-out late?

The check-in time is 10 AM. If you're able to arrive sooner, you can leave your luggage with the front desk staff and set out to enjoy the amenities while you wait for your accommodations to be ready. Once on resort property, the front desk staff will request your contact information and let you know if you can get settled into the room before 10 AM.

Front desk staff at all of our resorts are available 24 hours a day. It is not necessary to call if you’re running late, unless it is going to be beyond the initial check-in day.

When your stay has come to an end, you can check-out any time before 9 AM. If you would like to request an early check-in or late check-out, we recommend calling the resort on the morning of check-in to make your request. These decisions are made solely at the discretion of the resort.


What's provided in the unit?

The kitchen will come fully stocked with everything needed to prepare simple meals within the comfort of your suite. This includes cookware and dishware along with such items as oven mitts, can opener, coffee filters (1-2 times use), dishwasher (1-2 times use), laundry detergent (1-2 times use), paper towels, toilet paper, linens, and towels.

Bathrooms also include travel size shampoo, conditioner, and soap.


Can I modify my reservation after booking?

Yes, however, there is a fee for modifications and/or cancellations after the 24 hour booking grace period. After this period, a 15% cancellation fee will be applied to all modifications requested 7 days or more prior to checkin. Any modifications requested less than 7 days will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
