Ideally located between Gloucester Road Tube Station (1 minute walk) and South Kensington(2 min.) A newly refurbished, very quiet flat of 76m2 with open views onto Stanhope Gardens Square. Its a pretty Grade II listed building and the flat covers the entire floor (no noisy neighbours ). The pictures are not taken with special wide lens and I feel they speak for themselves. The flat was properly refurbished and decorated to high standard for my own children. Location is absolutely TOP.

Lovely and comfy and in a really wonderful, central location. Easy walk up to Kensington Gardens and Kensington Hight Street. We felt very at home here and would absolutely come back. Communication with the host and property manager was great.

Perfect Location 2 mins walk from Gloucester Road tube station with some convenient shops. Great communication with the owner and manager. An extremely comfortable place to stay, beds super comfy, everything you could need, cosy and welcoming.

Our family of four spent 10 lovely days at 28 Stanhope Gardens. It was a perfect location to stay! The flat was as-advertised and the host and property manager were excellent! I highly recommend this flat to anyone considering it. You’ll be impressed!

A very nice space from which to base your London explorations. Very spacious for 3-4 people (or a couple with kids), a full service and well-stocked kitchen along with washer/dryer.Super-convenient to market and a wide array of dining options close by (props to the Saturday market and Ceru at South Kensington) as well as transport options (two Tube stops a short walk away and bus stop across the street). V&A/Science/Natural History museums are a 5-10 minute walk.A very minor mention that this property is up a couple flights of stairs so it may not be optimal for persons with mobility issues (not a problem for us).

Flat was extremely neat and well taken care of. House Manager Bill met us and gave us a great overview of the flat and area. Two Tube stops close by. Restaurants and grocery within walking distance. Highly recommend this property.

Great stay

Wonderful location for our family of four. Everything needed was within walking distance, and right in the middle of two tube stations. Flat was equipped with everything that was needed for our 4 night stay. The property manager was very responsive. Would definitely return if we find ourselves back in London!

Perfect London Apartment

Fantastic place, great location!

with this being our very first VRBO experience, it sure was tough to beat. super responsive host who had a super helpful manager meet us upon arrival. place was super clean and in a great neighborhood close to the underground in either Gloucester Road or South Kensington. loved it, would absolutely stay there again!

Absolutely lovely flat

Comfortable, convenient, relaxing

Wonderfully appointed flat situated across from Stanhope Gardens. Easy/fast walking distance to two fabulous museums as well as excellent restaurants, food markets, etc. Sightseeing tour buses pick up right around the corner.

Perfect property!

Two couples, just returned from our first trip to London. Entire stay spent at this property with day trips out. The location is central to everything and could not be better! Two train stations located just a short walk away. Beautiful, quiet flat, located across from a park, very clean, check in was so easy, washer and dryer is a plus to make packing easier. All comforts of home included. There are many stairs to climb to access the flat, but we quickly learned that EVERYTHING in London contains stairs. This location and selection was a great way to immerse ourselves in a true London experience!

Amazing property!

This place is where you need to be! Accommodations are comfortable, and Bill was a great property manager. The location of this flat is perfect. Just a few steps to the underground train, and 2 Grocery stores around the corner. Not to mention, plenty of restaurants to choose from. Can’t beat it!

Wonderful stay in Kensington

Angelika's home was lovely, clean and well-appointed. The location is fantastic, close to the Glouster Road station and walking distance from the V&A, Harrods, and Hyde Park. We were met by Angelika's representative when we arrived who was always available should we have any questions or need anything. We would absolutely recommend this apartment. Thank you Angelika!

Really comfortable and great location

The property is great. Yes, there are three flights of stairs but that didn't worry us! It is great to be high up with lovely outlooks. The couches and beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and clean. The host left a couple of washing tablets for the washing machine and dishwasher - would have been great to have a few more (needed to buy a pack of 25 tabs at Waitrose). The location is PERFECT! Highly recommend.

Perfect little flat!

We had four of us staying in the flat. It’s super cute and well kept. Nice spacious kitchen and living space for a visit to London. The dryer didn’t really function well which was kind of a bummer but I notified the keeper and im sure they’ll get that fixed.

Lovely apartment, perfect location!

Wonderful apartment full of character! The bedrooms were quiet with comfortable beds and pillows. It’s a third floor walk-up so be mindful if you’re a heavy packer! The property manager, Bill, was kind enough to meet us and give us help with our bags. We travel to London often and would stay here again!

We are small family with two children and a little dog. We have lived in London for 8 years and only recently moved to Vienna. We are not running a business out of this, but covering the considerable costs of maintaining a flat in the most expensive London district. I have bought and refurbished this flat for my own children and therefore it looks and feels like a real home and not some empty airbnb business flat. With its high ceilings and amazing free views it creates an atmosphere of space and calm which is rare in London. Location is absolutely TOP for touristic excursions.

Location is key in London - you do not want to waste too much time and money for complicated transport arrangements . South Kensington is one of the most upmarket and safest areas in London, meaning you can take the underground even late at night, and you will arrive home safely. You have all kinds of lovely cafes, bakeries , restaurants and supermarkets in the lovely neighbourhood - as well as two major tube stations with red double decker buses leaving from there in all london directions.
And of course all the Museums, Harrods, Kensington Palace , Royal Albert Hall, Kings Road and Hyde Park, ... .are all in very close walking distance.

The flat is in a small, quiet Grade II (historical) listed building, and covers the entire floor - no direct neighbours, quiet bedrooms , brand new double glazed windows,
decorated to high standard and very cosy , no gas boiler as we use high output electrical panel heaters and ....: location, location, location .
