Our newest Royal Garden Studio! Off the beaten path (yet close walk to everything), this ocean view condo is an end unit, and where you want to be! A sunrise view to start the day from the east mountains and Diamond Head in one suite, that stretches out past Ala Moana and West for postcard sunsets in another suite!! There is bathroom, lanai to relax, a small yet efficient kitchen, valet parking (for a fee), and did we mention the views? Bedroom overlooks the Ala Wai canal as well, where guests can watch the canoe races or stroll along the canal with the Ko'olau Mountains as a backdrop! Feel at home with central a/c, cable TV, and FREE high speed internet! It is a short yet beautiful 10 minute walk to the world famous Waikiki Beach.

Ali'i Beach Rentals guests who stay at the Royal Garden at Waikiki, which is a Wyndham property, are invited to take advantage of the fitness center, relax at the outdoor pool & garden area after a full day of playing in paradise after registering with the front desk.

The Royal Garden is located at 440 Olohana St., walking distance to everything. You're a mere stroll to Luxury Row on the Waikiki "Strip", and the Ala Moana Shopping Center or Hawaii Convention center is in walking distance. Lounge around and enjoy the panoramic ocean views, walk down the street to your favorite Waikiki restaurant, or spend a lazy afternoon just lounging on the beach. This location has it all!

Better than a standard hotel

Room and facilities were clean and easy to access. The staff of the building were polite and helpful. Overall this was better than any resort I’ve stayed at in Waikiki. No hidden fees and everything up front. Love it

This condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and more for a convenient stay. Just a 5 minute walk to all of the Waikiki shops and restaurants, and a little ABC store just down the block, the room itself was quiet and had a great view of the city and mountains. We were able to pick up a few grocery items and enjoy our morning coffee in the room as we planned our days. The laundry room onsite was a great addition and if I had realized how easy it would be to run a load of clothes, I could have packed about a third of what I brought! The owners included almost anything you could think of and it was a low stress visit because of this home away from home. Highly recommend-

I would have given it 5 stars except that coffee is a basic item for any hotel stay! However, everything else was excellent. Their kitchen is so well equipped! And the unit has beach chairs, a body board, and a cooler bag! Also laundry area on the 4th floor proved very handy!

The only things we missed was a flower vase, my wife bought local flowers and had nothing to put them in. The other thing is somewhere to hand wet towels and swim wear. Overall a superb experience.
