5 star rated!! Lakefront single story, renovated top to bottom. Looks like a model-home. Great for a large family or weekends on the lake with friends. This house has a pool table, kayaks, stand up paddle, sparkling clean pool, outdoor sitting area, fire pit, lounge chairs…pick your relaxation spot! Cold A/C and plenty of indoor amenities like a smart TV for streaming and a full size washer/dryer. Fully stocked kitchen and propane grill. Location is a quiet residential neighborhood with restaurants, retail within a mile. There is a 2 car garage and a long driveway. Dogs welcome with $100 pet fee. Dogs must remain on a leash outside the gated fence or be crated when left alone. Do not rent this house for a party. Out of respect for our neighbors, anyone who has an unauthorized party, will be evicted immediately and all money forfeited. There are 3 cameras on property. One at the front door, one facing the back patio/pool and one facing the driveway.

Fabulous Stay!

We loved our stay, the beds were comfortable, the space was clean and super cute. We loved having the Pool Table and games to play. The view of the lake was gorgeous. I have no complaints and would definietly stay here again.

Family vacation

We had a great stay and the host was super responsive and helpful. Our kids loved the pool (there was even a basket of pool toys for the kids to use) and lake. The house was perfect and had plenty of room for everyone. It was a great relaxing trip and the kids have already asked when can we go back.

Beautiful Lake Home

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful lake home! The pool and patio area was great for some R&R. The sunsets here are gorgeous! The home is newly renovated and very spacious! It was stocked full of all the emenities we could have asked for. Christine was always very prompt in responding to messages and she even left us a goodie basket with snacks and drinks for our arrival!

Family reunion/Graduation trip

This house is in a very nice, quiet, residential neighborhood. It is spacious, well furnished, tastefully decorated, clean, and well-stocked (kitchen and bathroom supplies). It is as nice as the pictures show it to be. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms allowed our family to spread out and not be crowded at all! Plenty of room in the house for everyone! Lots of amenities that make for a very comfortable and relaxing stay - game room/pool table, outdoor living space with pool and lounge chairs, large grill, kayaks and paddle board for the lake. The host responded instantly to any questions we had before and after we checked in. We would definitely stay here again!

Just as advertised, Christine is great communicator

Eleven of us stayed here pretty comfortably. The only issue was one of the toilets clogging just with normal use, so take the plumbing situation seriously. The pool was key to have at the end of August. Lake is accessible from the property but we never went in because the water has receded a good bit away. Christine was very easily accessible by text and responded instantly.

Amazing from check in to check out !

The property was beautiful! The sunset over the lake while in the pool made memories for years to come! We had everything you could ask for already in the house and out host was easy to talk to and communicate with even tho we had special requests! Beautiful home , beautiful view , beautiful time!

Beautiful Home

This house is beautiful and very well equipped - from cozy blankets, games, fire tables, kitchen equipment etc. The huge field out behind the house that leads to the lake is perfect for the kids to run around. The house is also very close to all of the shops/restaurants. The host was super helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Pool with Lake View

I thoroughly enjoyed my weekend here! Nice, clean, deep pool with a beautiful, tranquil lake view. Clean house with a great floor plan, including a 70’s vibe sunken living room! Host Christine very responsive and friendly! What more could I ask for?

Awesome house and property

This house was absolutely awesome. We had 6 adults, 6 kids and a dog in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone! The house was very clean, neat, beautiful and fully stocked from towels to kitchen and bathroom essentials. The property manager was so sweet, responsive and helpful when we needed her. None of us had ever had such a great rental house and we will most definitely be coming back! Highly recommend this house for everyone!!

I purchased this property as my retirement plan after getting divorced. I have three “adult” sons who are currently in New York and California. Living in Texas affords me the opportunity to be in the middle of all my kids. I want my guests to be treated as I would want to be treated. I personally check the home between each guest to make sure standards are maintained and the house is properly stocked. I ask my guests to make suggestions about what would make the home better. I also live about 30 minutes away should my guests need anything. Integrity is everything to me and anyone who rents my home knows that the home is meticulously cared for and will be as described in the listing or better!
Fun fact, I own a wedding venue with a 5 bed house on property in Princeton, Texas. Magnolia Creek Ranch.
