The Space:

Walk through the stately, high ceiling entryway into a bright, modern beautifully decorated interior that invites you to kick off your shoes and relax. Our attention to detail ensures you’ll feel right at home as soon as you walk in.



The open and spacious living room and dining area with Mid-century modern furnishings in soothing neutral tones with pops of color and textured fabrics allow plenty of room to comfortably spread out in style. The living room’s wall of windows ensures the space is filled with plenty of sunlight to make you smile.



You won’t go hungry during your stay! The fully equipped, roomy eat-in cook’s kitchen with up-to-date stainless-steel appliances is perfect for preparing delicious meals. The stylish quartz counters and large island make meal prep easy. The huge side-by-side refrigerator-freezer and tons of cabinets provide plenty of storage space. A door in the kitchen gives you access to the beautiful backyard where you can enjoy dining al fresco.



The dining room features a sleek wood and silver dining table that is large enough to comfortably seat 8, making it ideal for dinner with family or friends. The living room includes a large TV over a gas fireplace and game table/ottoman – it’s a great spot to relax after a busy day of fishing, boating and water activities on Lake Ray Hubbard, work, school or exploring Dallas and the surrounding area. Make a cozy fire and gather together to make plans for your stay, play games, watch a movie, and create amazing memories! The comfy couches are perfect for lounging or curling up with a book.



Being away won’t make you miss your workout. The fantastic, light, and spacious home gym off the entryway ensures you can exercise in style. Get your cardio in on the gym-quality elliptical. When you’re done, walk over to Shorewood Park which is just blocks away to get in additional steps!



When you’re ready to curl up for a restful night’s sleep, you’ll find 5 spacious bedrooms that can comfortably sleep a large group. The contemporary rooms feature furnishings and cozy bedding worthy of a luxury hotel. The rooms are designed with colors and textures to create a soothing and relaxing atmosphere, so you can easily sink into sleep. The large, first-floor, master bedroom suite with TV features a king bed that comfortably sleeps 2 people plus a stylish sleeper sofa perfect for a young child who needs to be near parents, or 1 additional guest as needed. The light-filled room with big windows also includes a glass door that provides access to the backyard – slip out first thing in the morning in your PJs to watch the sunrise and sneak in late without waking the rest of the house after looking at the stars!



Walk up the wide, open staircase to 4 additional bedrooms. Upstairs you’ll find a peaceful king bedroom with TV that sleeps 2, a tasteful queen bedroom that sleeps 2 people, a hip, surf-inspired queen with a bunk bed that sleeps 4, and a fun double bunk bedroom that sleeps 5 and is perfect for kids or the kid in you.
