Enjoy lake and/or casino at this new cabin in small town Mead Oklahoma which is centrally located between Durant and Kingston Oklahoma. Blocks away from Lake Texoma Willow Springs Marina, boat ramp, picnic area, pavilion, beach, kayak rentals, boat slip rentals, and a new water obstacle course. https://www.willowspringsmarina.com/ This is the perfect place to stay if you’re in the area for a fishing tournament, concert, family reunion, motorcycle ride, travel nurse, other business, or just wanting to get away. Just 5 miles to the newest West Bay Casino in Kingston and 12 miles to Choctaw Casino. Only 20 minutes to Texas for more great restaurants and shopping. Enjoy modern furnishings and appliances with 65" smart TV with Wi-Fi included. Outside picnic table, BQ grill, and chairs surrounding a firepit with Edison lights hanging above. This cabin near Lake Texoma is truly central to multiple popular destinations, and our guests give great compliments about the neatness and cleanliness of the facility. There is plenty of room to park a boat. Sleeps 2 comfortably but there is a sleeper sofa that can accommodate one adult or 2 children comfortably. The cabin is located in Willow Springs resort which is a quiet, well maintained mobile home community where retired residents and those with vacation properties enjoy their lake homes and ride their golf carts to the lake. Guests comment on how safe, and relaxed the neighborhood feels.

We enjoyed many things about this small home (very functional kitchen, spacious fridge, easy-to-use and effective AC and ceiling fans, excellent water pressure, friendly neighbors and cats :). But we wished for more natural light (only one small window) and beds were not comfortable to our taste. Queen is very thick, cushy memory foam and grandson found sleeping on the seat cushions more comfortable than the hide-a-bed mattress. Having said that, we would stay again if we don't find a place closer to our favorite fishing spot.

The house was clean. Small but had room for 2 people to stay. It would have been nice to have a washer and dryer since they stayed for four days. Housekeeper kept our fishing poles safe until we could get them after checkout.

I had a great time at this property! It was super close to the lake and fun activities. The owner was super easy to communicate with! My only gripe was the pull out couch but other than that it’s a wonderful place to stay

Anniversary Weekend

This was the second time we stayed here. We love the little cabin and always have a wonderful time here. It is very cozy. Although the fishing was terrible, that is not the host’s fault. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

This really is a nice cabin.This is our second time staying here.We have family in the area and really enjoy being able to sit outside and visit.It is very quiet and relaxing.Communication with the owner is excellent!

Peace and Quiet

We Loved the area and the place. Peaceful other than the storms. Had everything we needed, good instructions. Only suggestion would be a small bench or something to put our luggage on. Also, a side table by the couch

Weekend visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described. The house was clean, energy efficient, close to area activities , private and safe. Communication was very good and we will be happy to stay there again. We highly recommend this property.

Quiet Cabin

We were in town for a couples tournament. The cabin worked out great for us. Very clean, well stocked and bed was comfortable. We have stayed at another property hosted by Connie and would stay again!

Great tiny house!

Very nice and clean property! While small, very well appointed with everything you may need. Great communication with property owners. A couple discrepancies from online property details to physical direction/details where WiFi and check out times are concerned. Nothing that negatively impacted our stay!

Newly build cabin is located in rural area in Mead Oklahoma just outside of Durant OK and is less than 1 mile from Lake Texoma. It is within 10 miles of Choctaw Casino and Resort, the District Cinama and bowling, Chickasaw Point Golf Course, and Durant hospital.
