Centrally located for ease of commuting to downtown Richmond, Wal-mart, Kroger, Richmond Centre shopping and numerous restaurants. Easy check in / check out process. Security cameras on site. Egyptian cotton towels and microfiber sheets provided. Full size washer / dryer in unit. Located 7 minutes from I-75. No pets please-there’s no green space here.

Cute little apartment. I rented this for my family that was staying in town for the holidays, the apartment was clean , quiet, had everything you would need and was cozy. I would rent again.

Perfect for a college visit

I came to visit my brother and it was perfect for a quick stay to spend time with him while getting to see EKU. Very clean and accurate listing, highly reccomend!

Convenient and Comfortable!

We stayed for one night while visiting EKU for our son's baseball game. The place was clean and conveniently located, making it easy to get around. The host was very responsive. We were worried about noise but we never heard a peep from anyone! Overall, it was a comfortable stay that met our needs.

Went down for EKU parent weekend and the location was perfect. We were only a minute from my daughter’s dorm. The place was very clean.

Very clean with easy check in process. Neighborhood a bit run down but I never felt uncomfortable even when coming back to the rental at 2:00am

Nice Place

My husband, teenage daughter and I stayed 3 nights for an EKU and University of the Cumberlands visit. The apartment is nice, clean and basically what we needed. Much better than the 3 of us in one hotel room. There is no table to use for meals or games, but there are a couple of TV tables to use

Midway Birthday

We live near South Bend Indiana and our son lives in Brevard, North Carolina. It was his birthday so we met midway in Richmond. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The weekend was a success!
