Dragon Riders Retreat

This gorgeous cabin sits on a quiet lot perched atop a hill. The cabin features tons of natural light, gorgeous hardwood flooring throughout, and ample covered parking. The chef friendly kitchen has cookware suited to our guests culinary requirements.

Please note, mountain views are best in winter months. Views will decrease when the trees sprout leaves in the spring through summer.

The cabin is centrally located to some of the best motorcycle roads in the Smoky Mountains.

We loved staying at the Owl's Nest. The location was perfect tucked up on the mountain and very quiet. The cabin was very roomy and had an excellent kitchen.

Owl's Nest Cabin is a fantastic home to stay in. The host is very kind and quick to respond to questions. The home is very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. For those of you traveling with motorcycles, the road and driveway are paved and the garage is extremely nice to have access to.

It was very nice, the place was very clean and tidy upon arrival. Definitely made a great place to fall back to from the rain we got while there. Definitely would book again.

Weekend

We so enjoyed our stay at Owls Nest Cabin!! The cabin was perfect for our needs for the weekend. We are big foodies so the kitchen was great for cooking. Our daughter and several of her friends (all work at Snowbird Wilderness Outfitters) came over for dinner and it was just lovely!

Absolutely perfect

Could not have asked for a more well equipped house than this one. Privacy abounds and it was so peaceful and quiet in the woods. Owner is on top of communications. It’s also very well maintained, clean and the furniture is very comfortable.

Father/Daughter bike ride

Perfect for our motorcycle trip to the area. Kept the bikes in the garage at night. Nice and dry in the morning. Fully stocked kitchen allowed us to have a dinner party with some friends staying nearby. Looking forward to coming back!

Perfect Cabin Getaway

We spent 6 nights in early spring and the view of the sunsets and mountains were amazing!!! Great location for hiking, shopping, and restaurants. Easy access to Tail of the Dragon and Cherohala skyway. The cabin was spotless and perfectly functional and great amenities. Lots of space to lounge around and the kitchen and grill provided everything needed to cook. Will definitely stay again!!!!

Perfect!

Owl’s Nest was perfect for my 4 night stay. It is just as described; clean, tidy, and well equipped. I’m an avid cook and found the kitchen to be well supplied with good quality pots and pans, appliances, and tools. I liked the fire pit, 2 car garage, the central heat pump, close proximity to a grocery and shops, and proximity to trails. I hope to stay at Owl’s Nest again.

My son in law and I were their to ride motorcycles, perfect place, easy parking, easy to get to as well. Very clean and comfortable for the two of us, we will be back.

Gorgeous views

House was beautiful inside and out! Such great amenities like a fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals, washer and dryer came in handy. Close to town. We loved our stay and would love to stay again at this home on our next visit! Thank you for making your home so welcoming!
