You have found the dream location! Beach level! Walk out your door, right on the beach! There is only ONE 3 bed/3bath on this level! You can not get any closer to the beach and the pool! EVERYTHING updated - furniture, appliances, paint, showers, countertops, lighting!

(Additional Details are included in attached rental agreement)

Tides 106 is the ONLY 3 bed/3 bath suite on the beach level! This unit is fabulous! It is direct oceanfront. The ocean views are incredible!

There is NO better place on the beach. If you appreciate nice furnishings and the most spectacular view of the ocean, this place is for you.

Location! Location! Location! We are located oceanfront in a 52 acre gated resort next door to the Hilton Sandestin resort on the west. Topsail Hill Preserve State Park is on the east.

10 ft floor to ceilings glass gives you spectacular views and light! Enjoy the ocean breeze while relaxing on your GIGANTIC 475 sq ft balcony.

*Fully furnished kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, including ice/water in the door refrig, convection microwave, smooth top range and dishwasher.

*Luxurious master suite makes you feel like royalty with top of the line king size mattress, and en suite with double vanities and walk in shower.

*2nd Master bedroom boasts King modern furniture and includes an en suite bath.

*3rd bedroom features top of the line twin XL mattresses that can be made into a king bedroom upon request.

**There are 3 bedrooms. 2 kings and either 1 king or 2 twins. If you need more sleeping, bring an air mattress.

*Outdoor oceanfront deep seating is the perfect place to enjoy the mornings first cup of coffee, lay out with a good book in the afternoon, or watch the sun set at the end of the day.

*Full size washer and dryer - no need to overpack! Just bring your favorites. Also great for heading home with a clean suitcase of clothing. (most rentals have apartment size washer

2nd time staying here and loved it each time. place has stayed clean over the years. The most convenient place with children or grandparents and the pools have a restaurant sitting there for easy access. Cant wait for our next trip.

We’ve been visiting the area for years. This unit is hands down the nicest and cleanest unit we’ve ever stayed in. It’s gorgeous! Being on the ground floor was perfect for our family. It was very convenient to be able to walk right out to the pools and beach, and we could still see the ocean from the condo. We’ll definitely be back!

Family Beach Trip

The place was as it was listed. Very spacious and roomy and had everything we needed. The owners were great to work with. Our car broke down and we were hours from home. They helped us find someone to look at it and was willing to let us hang out at the house until we could figure out what to do. The cleaning staff was super nice and offered to drive us to the airport. I would definitely stay again. Thanks for the memories!

Wow is an understatement

The place was perfect for grandparents and our children and their children ( 4 grandkids are 9). There was plenty of room for all. As mentioned in other reviews the patio was we spent the mornings and evenings while the kids could play and the adults could get reenergized. The pools are both close by and there’s a tiki bar restaurant next to the pool which allowed us to grab lunch without the hassle of fixing it ourselves or getting everyone in cars to go somewhere. We found restaurants we’d been to before convenient (10 minutes away), so the location of this rental was perfect. We were so impressed that we want to book again and may even try to rent another unit so we can bring our other daughter and her children.

Family Vacation

The condo is huge. So much room! Plenty of seating as we had 7 people. It was clean when we came inside. The view is beautiful. Close to the pool area. There are ramps to get to the pool and beach area but you will still need to go down about 4 steps to get from the pool to the beach. My parents who are in their 70s made it but it did wear them out some days. We would definitely stay here again. The property the condo is on was super nice. We took several walks in the mornings and felt safe. They have a great parking spot that’s close to the elevators, which was super convenient! You do have to go up 1 floor to get to the condo.

Our family had an amazing time staying at Michelle and Alan’s home on Miramar. Beautifully gated property with well kept grounds. The home itself was perfect for us, and well maintained. We loved being able to walk right out the back door to the pool or beach. we loved the trip so much we will be back next year for sure.

Five Star Stay

We had an amazing vacation thanks to this beautiful condo. Just a few steps to the private pool and a few steps further for the beach. The condo was even better than expected. It was clean and well equipped. The patio was a great place to relax and take in the waves. The tiki bar and restaurant were just a short walk also, and very handy. The owner, Michelle, was very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.

The condo was beautiful, even better than described. Although being near pool and beach it was private and comfortable. We traveled to Florida in February to celebrate our anniversary with our grown children. We all had plenty of space and privacy never felt like we were crowded. Enjoyed kitchen and cooked a few meals but took opportunity to enjoy local restaurants as well. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful property. Would recommend to friends and have already!

Beautiful Beach Condo

The condo was large and beautiful, pictures just don't do it justice. The master suite was amazing. The furnishings we nice and plentiful. The patio was very large and lots of seating. It was too cool for us to use the pools during our stay, but they were very nice. And the beach is just steps away. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect Condo for our Family at Christmas

Our family felt this was the perfect choice for our first Christmas vacation. We have always loved our own home for Christmas but thought bc we do not desire "things" - let's travel and enjoy our family of 6 ! The location was one we had not visited before & we love new adventures. We enjoyed all our surroundings - from the historical Wesley House @ Eden Gardens State Park to the Gulfarium @ Ft Walton Beach. Some shopping @ Grand Boulevard at Sandestin, Silver Sands Premium Outlets and Harborwalk Village. Loved the Donut Hole for brunch, Pedros Mexican, Margaritaville and Five Guys. Mostly, we loved cooking family meals in the condo and sitting down to eat and relaxing!

Amazing Time

Each year we try to come down to Destin and each year we try every hard to get this unit. We just love staying here. The unit is beautiful, updated and everything works. The beds are amazing!!! We always get the best night sleep and when your on vacation usual the sleeping is just par. "NOT HERE!!" Love the easy access to the pool and beach. We especially love the morning and evening sitting out on the patio which is covered, large and always has a wonderful breeze. We love this unit and love working with the owners. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

When we purchased this property we planned on spending a week deep cleaning for the season to begin. Before it was over we were there from April to July and replaced all the granite, lighting, electrical plugs and switches, retiled every bathroom and added new walk in showers, put new floors in the 3rd bedroom, purchased new patio furniture, new living room furniture and master bedroom furniture. We have always had fabulous guests that treat our place as their own! Will things happen, absolutely, but our guests are good to let me know!

We have owned in the Tides for 12 years! There is NO better place on the beach! Because we have grandkids, we were thrilled to be able to purchase the only BEACH LEVEL 3 BED CONDO! Little did we know how much that WE would LOVE it! We have enjoyed the beach so much more by being able to walk out the back door and be on the beach! Truly AMAZING!
