Wake up ON the lake aboard Shiloh

Shiloh is a houseboat with tons of charm! Wake up to the sounds of the water and go to bed watching an amazing sunset!

The outdoor space of this boat is great! The large front deck has a table and chair set for 4. The upper deck has lounge chairs to enjoy the sun or is perfect for the evening views.

Inside you will find a queen size bed and a twin size bed, kitchen area with fridge/microwave and kcup coffee maker. The front living area has an electric fire place, tv and couch that can also be a single sleeper. Inside you will find a king size bed, kitchen area with fridge/microwave and kcup coffee maker. The front living area has a futon that can double as an additional sleeping area. While there is a bathroom on the boat, we ask this is used sparingly as the systems are sensitive. We have a a BRAND NEW bathhouse that was built at our dock. There are three full bathrooms with regular size showers, toilets and sinks. Just steps away from the boat. (2023)

There is a brand new heating and air conditioner unit that was added in 2023.

Kayaks and fishing poles are available and complimentary to our overnight guests. Life vests are also provided.

You will love being able to walk to the beach and having Downtown Port Clinton activities within minutes. Restaurants, bars, live music, festivals, farmers markets, art shows and more! If you have a boat/jet skis/kayak this is the paradise for you. Please let us know if you would like to bring it, we have dock spaces available. There is access to Lake Erie and the Portage River directly from the marina. The Sandusky Bay is only a few minutes’ drive, as well as Cedar Point. The Jet Express is a couple minutes down the road, and you can be to Put N Bay or Kelley’s Island quickly!

Reminder, this is a boat on the water, in a marina. There are other houseboats and personal boats in the marina. The boats do not move from the dock, but simply camping on the water!Depending on the weather, there can be movement. There can also be different kinds of wildlife and bugs. This is similar to camping, but on the water! Spiders, Flies, Mayflies, Nats, etc are all creatures of the water areas. We do spray and clean for these, but want to make you aware that you may see them. We do our best to keep you comfortable! Please let us know if there is anything we can do while you are with us.

Needs some TLC

My husband and I were very thankful to find a last minute getaway for the holiday weekend. For the price, we were disappointed in the overall cleanliness, items in disrepair, missing amenities, quality of towels and linens and lack of communication with the hosts. This place could be such a gem with more care and attention.

Great Atmosphere

Liked the marina atmosphere. Convenient location and attentive hosts. The bathhouse barge was nicer than many hotel bathrooms. Deducted one star because there was leftover food in the microwave and refrigerator. Otherwise, had a great stay and would stay again.

Peaceful and Relaxing

If you enjoy a beautiful view and gorgeous sunsets, this is for you! We stayed 2 nights and it was the best sleep I had in a while. Close to downtown Port Clinton with great restaurants. We will be back!

Little piece of heaven

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was a nice relaxing vacation. A neat experience to sleep on a house boat. The boat was very clean and comfortable. The bathhouse was only a few steps away. The bathhouse was just like your bathroom at home. Not your typical bathhouse. Josh and Michelle are wonderful hosts. They made sure if you need anything to just ask. They go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. It was nice to meet them and talk with them. They made you feel like you were home. We will be back!

WEEKEND FISHING TRIP

What an adventure! Sleeping on a houseboat. This cozy,clean, spacious boat was great! My family enjoyed a weekend relaxing here. Will not be disappointed enough room for everyone. Family for 4 with a husband of 6'2 and two teen children. Really enjoy fishing right off the boat. The beds was so comfortable best sleep we had in a long time. Would highly recommend!!
