Very Convenient Location, well behaved dogs ok (see below for pet requirements) . Just a 18 minutes from the main parkway in Pigeon Forge. Offering a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with queen beds + master baths. New Smart TVs and furnishings! Just minutes from all the attractions including Dollywood ,outlet Malls and area restaurants.

We accept up to 2 dogs as long as they are low shed. Due to the difficulty this puts on cleaners we prefer the pups not be on the furniture.

There are steps up to the cabin and inside up to the loft area.

Second time staying at the same place. Love the location and how cute and warm the cabin is. Took advantage of the video games, the hot tub and exploring the area.

Our family arrived on 11/24/2025 upon arrival we were greeted by the housekeeper, who was more than happy to let us know that she would never have rented this house or any house in this area because their all over priced, and to watch out for Black Bears because they had just recently ripped the door handle off of her car . As we entered the cabin, with our children one of the bedrooms had a strong odor of THC. Our beds were extremely hard and the Quilts and Sheets were paper thin . The loft only had a 1 cot thrown their and their was No yard ! It was very clear that none of the money made off of this rental was ever put back into keeping it up and desirable for renters to want to return . The host of this property never once reached out to Welcome Us of to ask if we needed anything throughout our stay. The cabin was also in a run down abandoned development which had been vandalized. We will definitely not be returning back for the safety of our children and ourselves.

We loveed this place!

Location was great and communication was wonderful. My son got hurt a few days before our trip and they worked with us to change our dates with no upcharge. However I did find some stuff left from previous guest though

Quiet, clean, perfect.

This home was super easy to book for first timers. Host was quick to respond. Home was very clean and accommodating for my family of 4 all the way from California! Highly recommended!

Great little cabin

We were in town for a wedding that was in White Pine. We wanted somewhere close the venue but also not too far from Pigeon Forge. This place was perfect for our family of 4 plus a tiny fur baby. We ended up not having much time for any fun activities but it didn’t matter the kids wanted to stay in the cabin and play all the arcade games. While my husband and I soaked in the hot tub. This cabin has everything you need in a super convenient location right off the parkway. The entrance is a little off putting but the neighborhood is great!

Great stay

This is a beautiful property! The steep driveway and stairs were rough on me but I made it! It was great for my family and my dogs. There isn't much yard for the dogs but the neighborhood made for peaceful, beautiful walks. I will definitely keep this one on my list!

Perfect Location

This cute little cabin was super close to the volleyball tournament and still off the road enough that you felt like you were in the woods. Neighborhood was super quiet. Cabin was very clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Cozy Bear. The location was very convenient to everything. The cabin was very clean, comfortable,.and the game room was a lot of fun! We will definitely consider this cabin again.

It worked out great!

the venue, everything worked great, and it was very convenient to the venue. Everything worked great and was very convenient. The host went out of our way to work with us on timing due to games running over and check-out times. Great location if you bring your pet kids with you.
