Adorable and Cozy Bungalow - 2 Bedrooms - 1 bath

Summary:
Adorably cute Bungalow centrally located to get anywhere in town fast. Located in a safe, family friendly neighborhood. Five minutes from military base and downtown. Open Concept main living area with 55 inch TV, comfy couches, and room to enjoy guests company together. The kitchen is well stocked with all new cookware, appliances including a gas stove to cook meals, and seating for four. Perfect place to enjoy cozy comfort with all new furniture at a cost friendly price!

The Space:

Living Room: 3-4 person sofa with coffee table, TV

Kitchen: Everything you need to cook including any pot/pan you need. We also include some Tupperware, baking sheets, blender, and coffee machine and Keurig- just bring your favorite coffee. Also included is a new table to enjoy meals together plus a washer/dryer to do any laundry you need.

First Bedroom: Memory Foam Queen Bed with memory foam mattress, decent closet,

Second Bedroom : Renovated has a Queen Memory foam bed and closet

Bathroom: Stand up shower no tub

Guest Access:
you will be given a code to get the keys

Other Things to Note:
Guests are able to access all areas in the space.

There is absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING anywhere on the property including outside. Please walk down the street fro breaks if needed

NO pets allowed.

This was the perfect place to stay for our family of three. It was the perfect location to everything. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was always a text or phone call away if we needed anything. Very good communication. We will definitely use this property on our next visit to Montana.

The kitchen was modern and clean. The washing machine and drier were large capacity, which made my extended stay much more convenient. It is an easy, quick drive to the local hospitals. The house is very well insulated and warm. The neighborhood was quiet with little traffic.

Short and Sweet

We flew in not town for Dad’s 60th class reunion, just a short weekend trip. The place was clean and very comfortable. We would recommend this place to anyone. Next time we are back in Great Falls we will be looking to rent here again.

Third Visit to the Cozy Bungalow

This little freestanding house is very private, cozy, and quiet. It's two blocks from my brother's house, so for me the location is great.

Cute bungalow

The home is cute! It had everything we needed for our week long stay. It’s conveniently located to almost everything- most things we did were only a 5-10 minute drive so that was really nice. The beds are hard, and the shower is super small, but those are just little things. The owner was really easy to communicate with and very helpful.

It was nice & homey! Loved the location very close to most of town. Hard beds though, they are memory foam but hard. Overall stay was great & memorable.

Great 2 Bedroom in Great Falls

I stayed in the Cozy Bungalow the first week of Jan 2025 and loved it. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. There is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Nice linens and very comfortable beds. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and we were always able to park in front of the property. We arrived late at night and the lights were on for us which was appreciated. I would definitely book this property again. Also, I had great communication with our host was

Bright & Sunny Bungalow

This place was terrific! A great neighborhood with an elementary school nearby. Very walkable and great location for all we wanted to do. Clean, bright, and the washer/dryer were a great addition as we were on a 14 day road trip. Providing the laundry soap was an unexpected bonus (I'd brought my own). Would definitely stay here again!

What a lovely home

The check in was easy. The host was so easy to communicate with. The property was clean, well kept and close to all amenities. If I would ever return to Great Falls, I would definitely rent this place again!

Beautiful and relaxing

The bungalow is clean, well maintained and cosy. I enjoyed my stay and the owner was easy to work with. Even extended my stay for me which saved me time and stress. The bungalow is situated in a nicer part of town, easy to find. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Visiting active military family. Perfect location to Malmstrom AFB.

Super cozy 2 bedroom. Great place with fully functional kitchen & all the appliances, and kitchenware. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Loved staying here while visiting my Air Force daughter-- so I could make her some home-cooked meals!

Clean, convenient, safe location

The house is very clean. The towels/sheets are very good quality and ample in amount. The kitchen has plenty of tools to make all meals, if so desired. Washer/dryer excellent to have available. Excellent communication from owner. Walking distance to CM Russel museum and highly rated hamburger place: The Roadhouse.
