The Ascent is one of Avon's premier luxury condo buildings offering the ultimate convenience in mountain living. This magnificent two-level Platinum penthouse residence offers an open floor plan with a vaulted ceiling great room, a gourmet kitchen with premium stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, beautiful hardwood floors, a dining area for six, a gas fireplace, and a walk-out balcony. Additional features include dual primary suites, each with an attached bathroom, and a pull-out twin in each bedroom. Included is an upstairs loft with an office space, air conditioning, washer/dryer, and a private ski locker. This immaculately maintained, with high end finishes, condo will provide guests with a heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, outdoor patio with fireplace and BBQ grills, fitness center, steam room, reading room, game room, adult sports lounge, on-site outdoor parking, and during ski season a private ski-shuttle to Beaver Creek and Vail Village is available.
Ascent #404 is centrally located just outside the main entrance of Beaver Creek. Avon's many shops, restaurants, and Nottingham Park are all a short walk away. Open the doors to the balcony to enjoy the delightful mountain views, the sounds of the creek below, and the city lights of Avon.

Lovely- beaver creek village

We loved our time here and only wish we’d stayed longer. So much to do in the area and the condo was delightful. Well stocked and just like the pictures.

Great Property and Location

Beautiful, clean and comfortable condo. Beautiful views too. This property has it’s own shuttle to and from BC Resort and Vail Resort. Sandy, our contact person was very helpful. Loved this place.

50th birthday celebration

Everything from start to finish was perfect! The location was perfect to ski in Beaver Creek! The condo was spacious and clean and provided everything you could possibly need! The host was very accommodating and checked on us occasionally!

Outstanding !

We just returned from a wonderful week at the Ascent-404! The unit is beautiful and well maintained; with excellent appliances and AC. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the creek. The beds were comfortable and the unit had every appliance imaginable. The owner is lovely and extremely easy to communicate with. She cared about our experience and recommended restaurants, hikes, etc. The Ascent is a wonderful building; immaculate, quiet and walking distance from restaurants, the river path ( long walks/bike rides) 15 min by car to the town of Vail and 7 minutes to drive to top of Beaver Creek for additional restaurants and hikes. We will certainly be back! Thank you Sandy!

Luxurious Condo with All the Amenities

Ascent 404 is our favorite Beaver Creek/Avon condo yet and we’ve been staying in Beavercreek one or two times a ski/board season for the last few years.The unit itself was spotless with beautiful hardwood floors, granite countertops in the kitchen, fully stocked kitchen, tons of games, and every toiletry item you could possibly think of. The extremely generous gift basket was quite the added touch.There is so much to do in the game rooms and pool area that the boys never got bored, even when not on the mountain and hanging out around the condo. The shuttle was super simple through the app. We only needed to drive the car up to BC once,but that’s because we were going to be there a little later than the shuttle ran.We would 100% stay here again.

Fun ski vacation

We came with our teens. Lots of fun in the building. Game room and pool. Condo is great. Susan responds quickly to any concerns. This condo is truly their second home which is nice because it did have quite a few items you might not think about in the kitchen. (Spices,ziplocs, etc)Location works well. We have been to Beaver Creek several times and I couldn’t quite tell how to get on and off the mountain. There is a shuttle you can reserve during certain times. You do have to plan ahead. You probably can walk to the Westin gondola. My husband walked home once in his ski boots) Also you can take a bus to the parking lot across the street if needed.

Our private shuttle does run all day long to BC, so it's just a matter of booking a pick-up on the Ascent Shuttle App, but it sounds like your husband didn't walk far in his ski boots:).
