Spacious Bonnet Home Central to Narragansett Beaches and Newport

Our spacious house was newly built in the spring of 2018. It has traditional oak floors, marble counters in the kitchen and all the bathrooms, and stainless steel appliances. The open plan of the living, dining, and kitchen areas allows for lots of light and shared family time. The kitchen opens onto a deck with comfortable seating and a stainless steel barbecue grill. A master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and two additional bedrooms and hall bathrooms complete this main living area. Downstairs is the largest bedroom with its own sitting area, bathroom with washer/dryer, and sliding doors directly to the backyard. There is plenty of space for a multi-generational family vacation or group get together!
From the house it is a 15-20 minute walk to our neighborhood Kelly Beach, and four additional gorgeous beaches are just 5-15 minutes away by car. The Narrow River, with kayaking and paddleboarding, is only a mile away, plus there is the ferry to Block Island, excellent restaurants, and of course the nearby towns of Newport and Providence.
