Girl Scouts in NYC

This was a first for us to take such a big trip and the stay was amazing. The place was perfect - plenty of room! Lots of bathrooms, clean, and in a great location. We walked to the train each day with ease. Our host was so attentive and provided a lot of great information about the area and visiting NYC. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Dobbs Ferry bike group

A group of 8 of us stayed here after riding down from Schenectady on our bikes. The house was large enough and with the # of bedrooms and bathrooms worked out well. The listing did not specifically note that the house actually had 3 separate living areas, but this ended up being OK. The location is just a short walk to DF train station where we took the Hudson line into, and back from, NYC. I give the house and location high grades. The one big issue was the lack of timely communication with the Host. There also was confusion in the listing about the pricing that neither Vrbo or the Host remedied. Great house, but difficult to deal with an untimely Host.

We had an amazing time during our stay! The home was thoughtfully equipped and made for a very comfortable visit. We especially appreciated the motion-sensor lights, hand soap, dish liquid, wall charger ports for newer cords, and the full-size air mattress. The layout of the space was well-structured and inviting, and we absolutely loved the down comforters they were a cozy touch!It was also incredibly helpful to have toiletries and other essentials readily available those little details made a big difference.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Thank you for creating such a welcoming and well-appointed space!

Wonderful Home!

We could not have asked for a better home for our weekend trip! We had a rather large group of 14 people getting together for a reunion weekend. David's home was perfect for what we needed. It had plenty of space, was tidy and clean and very modern! We headed into the Bronx for a football game at Yankee Stadium. The Dobbs Ferry train station is about a 10 minute walk from the house which was great! David's house is perfect for a smaller group traveling to the area, or a large group like ours! David made it easy to communicate and provided lots of instructions to help make the stay go smoothly. We will definitely be keeping this house in mind for future reunions and would recommend it to anyone traveling to the area!

We live in Westchester, NY only a few minutes from New York City. We love Westchester County is an area in the Hudson Valley north of New York City. The Hudson Highlands State Park Preserve includes the steep Breakneck Ridge Trail. Kykuit, the Rockefeller family’s opulent hilltop estate, has terraced gardens and 20th-century statues. Across the Hudson River, Bear Mountain State Park features hiking trails, the Trailside Museums & Zoo, and panoramic views from the top of Bear Mountain.

We started hosting on Airbnb in 2018, and I immediately knew this was for me. Guests kept raving about their stays, and I loved every minute. We became a Premier Host since the first eligible and haven’t looked back. Our passion lies in real estate and interior design. It gives us great joy to turn our beautiful homes into perfect vacation homes or rentals for visitors worldwide.
